Reservations are on a 60 day rolling basis It's an extremely small space. I would say the space holds 45-50-ish people max, but that's including the bar and eyeballing it, so I could be crazy wrong. First thing I want to get out of the way, everyone was SO hospitable. Colton was our server and he was absolutely AMAZING. So attentive, but not annoying, helpful with recommendations. Mediterranean has many definitions these days, but I would describe this is as from the Levant region, either Palenstian or Israeli. It's hard to describe the food here because it's all delicious. We started with the cauliflower. Crisp, so well seasoned. I'm not sure how I will proceed because everything was "so well seasoned." We ordered our respective dishes, but got the salatim first, which consists of a bottomless rotating tray of dishes, including pickles and olives, purple cabbage slaw, peppers, carrots, babaganoush, marinated beans, summer chershi, and feta & mint. All served with toasty pita. We all got wildly different dishes. I was torn between the salmon, lamb, and steak. I got the steak, which was crazy tender, but I was so impressed by them that I wish I had trusted them enough to get the lamb (which my server described as not overly gamey). One of my companions got the branzino, which was light and flaky, served as a whole fish. Another attendee got the chicken and was pleased. Someone else got the salmon (served with tomato stew, lemon, and crispy chickpeas), which I sampled, and it was AMAZING. If I go back, I will get the salmon. It was flaky, tender, bursting with flavor. The drinks were all so light, original, and complex. Honestly, there is no way you can go wrong with this menu. I would come back here again and again.

The Salatim was arguably better- the baba ghanoush was insanely good. The rice was just okay, but I asked for no butter so that could've impacted it. Phenomenal experience and I'd come back!

Love this spot. It has that rare combination of feeling genuinely wholesome while serving food…read morethat's incredibly flavorful and reasonably priced. We couldn't decide what to order, so we ended up trying a little bit of everything. The tabbouleh, hummus, falafel, and spinach pie were all fantastic. Every single side was fresh and packed with flavor. The sauces deserve their own shoutout. I would happily take home a gallon of the garlic sauce, and the tzatziki was just as addictive. My husband ordered the Mediterranean salad, and my daughter and I shared the kids' shawarma plate. The salad was massive with a beautiful variety of fresh vegetables. The beef shawarma was incredibly tender, and the basmati rice was perfectly cooked. One thing that really stood out to me was the hospitality. While we were there, a family came in just before closing and asked if they could still be served. Without hesitation, the staff welcomed them in and accommodated them with such kindness. It felt less like a restaurant and more like being welcomed into someone's home. You can tell there's real care behind every ingredient and every interaction. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and homemade. It left us feeling satisfied without feeling heavy, which isn't always easy to find when eating out. Safier is the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit. We'll definitely be back.

I ordered the shrimp and grits, and without exaggeration, they were the best I've ever had. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the balance of textures throughout the dish was incredible. Every bite had the perfect amount of crunch, flavor, and toppings. Nothing felt overwhelming or out of place. It was one of those meals where you find yourself slowing down just to enjoy every bite. Even the water deserves a mention. It was clean, crisp, and refreshing. If it came straight from the tap, I would have never known. It's a small detail, but it speaks to the overall dining experience when even something as simple as water stands out. The service was great, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. It's easy to see why this restaurant has built such a strong reputation. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 comes down to accessibility. As a person with a disability, parking can make or break a dining experience. Unfortunately, there was no handicap parking available, and there were no nearby parking spots open when I arrived. I ultimately had to park in a hotel lot about a block away, which cost $25 for just two hours. Not only was the cost frustrating, but the additional distance was challenging given my mobility needs. The food was phenomenal and absolutely worth trying, but I do hope accessibility becomes part of the conversation for future guests. For those without mobility concerns, this may not be an issue, but for disabled patrons, it's something important to consider before visiting.

5+ Absolutely superb experience…read more Walked in and owner was working the front counter, I love that. Told him we were new and to fix us up so we can sample everything. Here's what we got. Wifey got the Swarma which is a generous portion of grilled chicken, spiced to perfection, on a bed of basmati rice. Came with a cucumber salad side and tazini sauce. Serving was large and came piping hot to the table. I received the half chicken grilled perfectly on charcoal with crispy skin which was delicious. French fries and humus were my sides. Fries were super hot and crispy. Humus was dressed with olive oil and a few chick peas. We got a side of pita bread drizzled with flavored olive oil. We also enjoyed a flavorful hot sauce that came with the meals. The place has in door and outdoor seating. About 6 tables in each space. Service was fast, friendly and attentive. Highly recommend without reservations. Would return in an instant. Owner checked on us several times as we ate.
