I am instantly adding this place to my list of quick and easy dinners on the cheap. From the outside, Kabina doesn't look like much. The place is reminiscent of a tiangge that found a space and filled it up with a stall, however the food that they offer is much more interesting than their lack of interiors. Upon checking the menu, you have two choices: their special burgers or their Filipino offers, and I tried both. The meals range from P50 - P100, which is a feat considering they offer half pound burgers and other meals that would cost twice that much in other places (such as Teriyaki and Lechon Kawali). The servings are small, don't expect a buffet for the price that you're paying. But the taste is great! I got the Lechon Kawali that cost only P65. And while the serving was in fact pretty small, the taste was G double O D GOOD. Although I do advise that you don't get this if you're really, really hungry, unless you're okay with stuffing yourself with rice instead or ordering two servings. Considering all the factors - the price, the location being so near my house, and the memory of that crispy lechon kawali in my head - I think this is the start of a beautiful relationship. read more
