This store is a hidden gem for avid book & magazine readers. It is sandwiched in the middle of the…read moreblock of the Six-Corners neighborhood , if you blink, you've missed it. So keep an eye out for it, as you drive. Today, was my first time at Six-Corners neighborhood in many, many years and I'm glad that I made the trip to it. This store is very well stocked with magazines and many types of magazines that you don't find at a Jewel-Osco magazine rack or check-out aisle. Being a film buff, I was glad to find "Cinema-Retro" magazine as well as several discounted hardcover books. Today, I spent $134 here on magazines & books and I had a good time doing it. I was able to browse without interruption until I found the items that I wanted to purchase. The check-out clerk was very helpful and polite, the place was very clean, very well lit and the magazine racks were very well organized. There's also a small coffee shop in the store. Great place - 5 stars!

The nice barista told me about their rewards program too, so I signed up! There was an event happening that prevented me from sitting down and enjoying my cup near the front, but I did leave with several mags. Prices and variety of mags was good and I hope they get more into indies beyond just European mags. Can't wait to take the bus over here again and again!

For the amount of times I've shopped at the various Barnes and noble location in this mall I'm…read moreshocked I have yet to write a review. Throughout high school, I spent SO much time at the location on the other side of the mall by Nordstrom's and was heartbroken when I was told they were closing only for them to reopen across from Cheesecake Factory. Then I was told they were relocating again and I'm actually loving this new location. I do wish they had a cafe in the bookstore but there are so many nearby coffee shops in the mall that it doesn't make much sense. But they didn't have very many spaces for folks to sit and read and enjoy like they used to but in return, I think the layout is set up with more intention and more eye appealing. The staff has always been incredibly friendly in locating books and making suggestions. Pro tip is to get the membership because it basically pays for itself if you buy even 5 books during the year.

It closed down for a bit but was revived in a location right across Cheesecake factory. It is now located next to Anthropology. The store is so inviting and the service is amazing! The workers cater to your needs and are so friendly. They really have a passion for books. The selection of books is not as large as it once was but it is supplemented by their online catalog. From the value perspective, you can find online outlets with a more price competitive offering BUT there is no replacement for browsing the aisles and loojo g through the books and selection of titles for an intriguing options to read. I'm so happy that my daughter can continue to enjoy the benefits of Barnes!

To start on a good note I bought an Xbox One from this store about 2 years ago and was satisfied…read morewith my purchase but unfortunately, my later purchases and experiences have been very disappointing. About a month ago the second system I bought was a PS2 and had previous repairs that were not disclosed to me upon my purchase of the PS2. Yesterday I went to play said PS2 and removed what i thought was built up dust and gunk from a previous owner but the system stopped working entirely. While i understand I bought a used system i should be made aware of repairs or fixes made that have been done with the system that im purchasing and should not be paying the same price of a system in good working order without repairs. Me being me I let that go but over this past weekend I also went back and bought 2 games from this store only to discover that one case was missing the disc. I understand that mistakes can happen, but undisclosed repairs and selling an empty game case shows a serious lack of quality control and lack or care to your customer. Customers should be able to trust that used systems and games have been properly inspected, that repairs are disclosed, and that games actually include the disc. With my experiences in mind I would not recommend this store unless you want to take the risk or they improve their inspection process and disclosing repairs on theirs systems. I will say the employee that was working when I came to replace the missing disc did his best to mend the situation of the missing disc but I'm highly disappointed with the quality of systems and games ive purchased from this store be weary of what you purchase from these guys
