She is a needle in a haystack. Lori will treat your fur babies as her own. Her business etiquette makes you feel like she is family from day one. She has also helped me out in emergencies resulting in multiple two week hospitalization stays. She has even gone over and beyond helping me make a difficult decision to leave my pug with a nurse at the hospital, where I was admitted. Lori had her wedding that week. She spoke with the nurse. Then went to my home to prepare my dog to for her week stay with the nurse. She met the nurse at my home and did the transfer. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur babies.
