It took months for his coat to grow back normally. We also noticed when picking him up he was EXTREMELY anxious and seemed traumatized. He also had some poo in his coat, which should not be happening when we are paying for him to be bathed and trimmed. (and no it was not there before, he keep our dogs very clean). It seemed like he was put in a dirty kennel with poop or sat in his own and wasn't properly watched, either way unacceptable. We have been taking him to Grooming Tailz over by tyler mall ever since and he LOVES them. His tail starts wagging the second he sees the owners. please avoid at all costs.
