Wow, crates are small and stacked on each other and the place was dirty. I should have walked away, but I didn't have a back-up plan For boarding. They told me that they take the dogs a bath before you pick-up, I said ok and left him. I picked him up two weeks later and OMG, my poor baby was so dirty and smelled really bad. I called three days later to let them know what had happened and the girl on the phone told me I should have said something at time of pick-up. Ok, I could have but the place was full of people and I'm not one to make a scene. I called back this week to board him for 2 nights to find out that they put my dog on a DO NOT BOARD LIST. I asked why and they told me that I called to complain and that I had said that because of the condition of my dog at pick-up, I needed to take him to the vet for blood work. I NEVER SAID THAT! He was just dirty, a good bath would have been enough. Long story short, they lie about taking the dogs a bath, they lie about what people say. They are so unprofessional. I dropped her off and was called 40minutes later stating that they were done but was unable to clip here finger nails because she was frightened. It was understandable. I picked her up and grabbed her in a rush due to me being on break for work. Once I got home, I realised that they actually cut her nails and lied because they hurt her. I noticed there was dried blood on her paws. I will not be returning and would not recommend their services. The workers could of been honest; I understand that mistakes happen but they should of owned up to it.
