The Equiptment is state of the art and it's almost like being on the track and car you choose. The staff is friendly and happy to get you set up. She loved the play area. She just started walking so this space offered a lot of room for her to practice. She enjoyed exploring! There is so much to do. She didn't seem to want to leave either We will definitely be returning very soon! Once you enter your information on the screen, your play time starts IMMEDIATELY. The problem with this is that the food took way too long (mind you, it wasn't even busy) that the play time was dang near over before the food arrived, making us add more time. We tried to order drinks with about 15 mins playing time remaining, and our server said we'd have to pay for more time or our bay would have to be forfeited. To sum it up, we felt rushed. My suggestion to maximize playing time is to order food and drink at the bar before hand and IF POSSIBLE (because I didn't try this so I don't know if its allowed), bring the food and drinks to the bay when you're ready to play. Cheese and this one is definitely newer. You can tell it's less dingy. The one major difference though is there isn't as much to do for littler kids (think three and under). The one in Carrolwood has more rides for the littlest ones, whereas this one is pretty much all games. It was great for my five year old, who really enjoyed himself. It was pretty busy at 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday, but most of the time the kids didn't have to wait to play games. If you were waiting, it was for someone to finish playing in front of you. The one place that was a super long line was to redeem tickets for toys. Before we left, I saw it get really really long. They need a way to make that more efficient. Otherwise, this is a great place to throw a birthday party. There's plenty of parking and it's close to the Krate in case people want to check it out after (we did.) The kids got pizza, drinks and dippin dots, (the dippin dots were a nice surprise). They also got two hours of game play, which by the end felt like a long time (probably not for the kids, but it did for me). There are a lot of lights and sounds, so if that overwhelms you, this isn't the spot for you. Even the Chuck E. Cheese mascot seems cleaner. I have to say if you live close by, you're lucky that you get to come to this one.

The point of the membership is to make Chuck E Cheese the go-to for parents to let their children play. It is suppose to be convenient. If I come everyday to play, I would be more enticed to purchase the play zone area if the price were lowered. In reality, that would be $25 a week, and I would be more certain to purchase it every time. With the playhouse being wrist-band only, you kind of are put in a position where you have to buy the play zone area every time you come, because the area is usually unattended so children feel free to go play (as they should) and are extremely disappointed and probably confused when they are kicked out or told they have to get off. When I was a kid, the play area was free. If you are going to charge for the play zone, charge on weekends only $15 and please lower the price for parents with memberships. I love the management of the location, very kind. But the pricing of the play area is why I am giving this a 2/5. Otherwise; I appreciate Chuck E Cheese. I've been going since I was a child over 20 years ago, and want to bring my children to enjoy it in the way that I did.

We made a mistake in our booking time and could have totally been SOL on our tickets. They were kind enough to still let us play so we didn't waste our money over our silly mistake. We played Anubis which is a harder room. It had a great set design. A lot of details were put into that room. We didn't finish it because there were only two of us, but it was fun trying. Definitely bring a bigger group for that room. We'd go back and play more rooms there if we were not leaving so soon. Really solid company. We'll be back the next time we're in Florida!

FREE museum, what!?!…read more This awesome museum is a work in progress, but still has tons of history to see. Entry to the museum costs you nothing, but they accept donations. The memorial dedication was humbling. I'm glad to see these heroes honored in this historical building. I've always known firefighters have a dangerous job, and this memorial is a reminder of the bravery of those who choose to put their lives at risk for the safety of others. It was truly an honor to be able to experience this piece of history.
