PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE GOING IN A BIG GROUP!!! I reserved a slot for a group of 19 people, and on the day of the event two people had to cancel. WE STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THOSE TWO PEOPLE WHO CANCELLED.... THAT'S $130 EXTRA.... luckily I had 17 people who agreed to split it, which was $7 extra per person. If you plan to go with a big group make sure that everyone is 100% going, or reserve a slot for less people than expected. Other than that the race was super fun, and the rest of the event ran smoothly. The location was clean, not overly packed, and they included an awards ceremony at the end. read more

We got to K1 Speed. It took about 20 minutes to get help. Finally we do. Then they tell us to wait because there was a problem on track . They said they would let us know quickly what would be done. Another20-30 min no updates no apologies no service. We left. Longish drive for no k Carting. My nieces good sports maybe I will try another location. Highly disappointed because this type of racing not available in their hometown. read more

I went to this place with my cousin and family and definitely not worth it! Not only is the track incredibly flat and boring. The staff was also pretty mean and when we paid for our karts and everything they didn't tell us the karts needed to charge so we watched one 7 year old use the junior karts for 15 minutes confused as why we weren't going, we then had to wait 20 more minutes. They put up this act like how competitive it is with a leaderboard per race and everything, when in reality it's not that at all. The group I did they pulled us out all at once and one by one turned on the engines ONE BY ONE. By the time I actually got going, everyone else had already done half the track. Half the staff doesn't even seem like they know what they are doing. Also if there's someone more experienced than you, they put them up to the highest speed setting forcing you to lose so what's the point of the competition? Who fucking knows? In conclusion: DO NOT COME HERE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY read more

K-1 speed was a disappointment. Under staffed, unprofessional, and disrespectful to their customers. On their web page they advertise hot food and beer but when we got there, the kitchen was closed. When I asked one of the staff members "there's no hot food?" he stated "right" but 30 minutes ago I saw someone being served chicken strips and fries and 30 minutes later I saw pizza. When we came to the staff to express our concerns about someone who was driving too rough, the staff just disregarded us, stating the other driver was fine but also noticed this driver brought his own equipment like he was driving at Formula 1 read more

Called in and asked what the height requirement was for children and when the location closed. Specifically asked about the height requirement for children (aka juniors). The response I received was open til midnight and children's height requirement was 4 feet. Keep in mind this is at 8:40 pm. Show up at 9:30 wait 20 minutes in the lobby to then be made aware "junior" races end at 9:00 pm. I turned around and told the two kiddos that we were leaving. To say the least, it definitely leaves a fowl taste in the mouth. Probably would have been a good idea to make me aware of the junior time restraints then and there when I originally called in. This is a fun place! Very good track layout, and karts that have the ability to go fast enough to scare most people. If you prove your safe, they will let your kart fly! Great atmosphere. Good music, lighting, and plenty of places to get comfortable! I can't imagine it could be much better! In fact, I like the place so much - I hold my employee Christmas party there every year. We never fail to have a BLAST! Now they have DRIFT NIGHT! Absolutely a must do - PUT IT ON YOUR LIST. The manager, Badri, is one of the best managers I have ever seen - anywhere. Visited this place expecting a fun night of go-karting for a reasonable price with my fiancé and brother. Once we got there, we noticed the prices were higher than average. $20 a person for 1 race + this mandatory $8 membership fee. So, $28 per person for one race? $90 dollars gone for one race for 3? That's a bit absurd. We watched a race and the karts move pretty slow. There was one car that was significantly faster than the others and when my fiancé asked the employees why it was faster, they told him that the driver is there everyday so they speed his car up. Basically, they give him an unfair advantage against the other drivers which is no fun. What's the point of racing if you know you're going to lose? At that point, we decided to just save our money and leave. Also - none of the lights were on in the parking lot, so it was super dark and felt unsafe. I don't think we'll return unless the prices drop or we find a deal. read more

I won my freaking race and they placed me at 6th place. Unbelievable if you ask me. Now they did admit their mistake but they should not be making such critical mistakes. What if I had $500 on that race. Highly disappointed. Staff was cool other than that though. read more

I went in to have a fun date with my fiancé. Upon entering they told us they wouldn't have anyone available to operate the track until 5. I don't see the point of having a place like this if you're only going to have races available for half the time you're open. I'm disappointed because I've always wanted to come here but haven't had the time. This definitely makes me not want to come back. read more

I booked a birthday party here for a Saturday night and the staff was really awesome. A lot of people were first time racers and the staff did an excellent job of making sure that everyone knew what they were doing and felt safe. Once all of the guest had arrived, the races started promptly and we never experienced a long wait time in between races. Recommendations: Two races seem expensive but it's a lot of fun and it'll leave you TIRED and sore. So if you're picking btwn 2 or 3, I think 2 is just fine. If you're booking for a large group, only reserve for the amount of people needed to reserve the number of tracks you need (12 races per track). So say your party has 20 people, you'll need 2 separate tracks- book for 13 people to reserve two tracks. The reason: once you confirm your final number, they will charge you for the amount you confirmed. So if only 17 of your guests showed up, you're still responsible for paying for the 3 that didn't. And you can always ADD guests the day of, you just can't have less than the amount of people you reserved for. That happened to me but we were at least able to get some credit for them. read more

We couldn't get in last night. Tried again this morning because they don't let you make reservations online, and they said it would be a thirty minute wait PLUS thirty minutes between every single race. I had to sign waivers and create accounts on disgusting computers. When I was doing it for my son, it waited til the end to tell me he was an existing customer so i had to start over. when i got to the desk to buy the tickets, prices were 25 for one, 46 for 2 and 64 ish dollars for a membership and two rides. rides are only 10 minutes but i was going to get two rides for each of us. The person at the desk then said i would have to buy the membership for both since it was our first time, even though my son had been there just a month before and already had an existing account. I tried explaining it to him but he wouldn't accommodate me at all. I asked if I could just get one ride for each of us, but apparently i would still have to buy a membership. Not to mention the entire location is extremely dirty and poorly kept. Would never recommend. read more

This was fun but prob won't go back unless in a big group event with friends. Definitely big emphasis on safety here -- they can remotely slow down your go cart during the race to prvent accidents. My nephew had fun racing with th kids bc he was barely tall enough for the adult carts. read more

Tires are over inflated, impossible to get grip on the corners. After you check in you wait almost an hour to actually race. Race stewards don't really like battles between races. They're always ready with that blue flag to end your race. The waiting area is nice, massage chairs, vending machines and games to keep you occupied. +1 for having drinks to sell and not needing to go somewhere else to rehydrate read more

Very fun, went during winter break and my family got to race the entire time because no one else was there!!

Nice indoor karting experience. You do have to be careful since after some runs, a few of the karts felt like the brakes were giving out. After telling some of the employees about issues, they would still send out the same kart in the next race within the same grand prix. I know kart inconsistencies can be a hit or miss, and overall my group had alot of fun. I have been here about 3 times and I don't believe they have changed the track yet. One thing worth mentioning, unless they tune the Karts down you have to brake and drive your line to get a better time. Not your typical floor it and turn and everyone ends up with around the same lap time, this place is srs bsns. read more

Horrible experience!! The place wasn't even that busy and my family was there for literally 90 minutes just to take three turns (one for myself, my husband and son). I can't imagine a less efficient way to run an indoor track. And there was NOTHING to keep us entertained while we waited for our turns! If it was dirt cheap, I might consider it an okay entertainment option, but it was so exorbitantly overpriced! First time visiting this location. When greeted the young lady was very welcoming, which was awesome. However the guys who explained the rules/gear didn't seem like they wanted to be there. I've done race cars in the past & I don't remember having to wear the racer mask. Unfortunately, the style of hair I chose for this day made it very difficult to get this gear on. Obviously I don't blame that on them but wish I would have known. And the prices were really steep. You're forced to buy an $8 membership. In total, for two people & two races each it was $94. I will not be back because of the pricing alone. The racing portion of it was fine though. read more

Paid in advance online for 3 races each for 3 people. Had the first race for two adults in about 30 minutes after arriving, then had to wait for nearly 2 more hours before getting cycled back in for the next race. Really long waits, large group events will suck up all the attention so if you just show up for a family activity you can expect to be cycled to the bottom of the list again and again. After two hours of watching the same groups that arrived after us, we asked again to some rude response that we had not been forgotten and we would race soon. Spent more than 4 hours on site to complete 3 races. Bathrooms reminded me of a port a potty at a three day rock festival. Pack an extra portion of patience. read more

Bought two races here that came with a year membership and a T-shirt. The races were long and the service was great! It was moderately packed and the wait was less than 30 minutes. Two races was worth the price because you can always save the other one for another time. The only downside was that you're racing time not against others. read more
