Horrible service! Employees were rude and confrontational throughout the entire time. One employee by the name of Jose, decided to argue with me, I was shocked! Especially paying $60 for this experience is outright robbery. I was told this establishment was decent but I guess not. Do better team! I suggest having a well needed training session about customer service. I shouldn't have to pay $60 for attitude and rude remarks when I could've just went to Dicks Last Resort.

Great place to have some fun. It's difficult these days to go out and enjoy with the new Gen attitudes working in retail. The people that run this place are great. You should be proud of the welcoming culture you have created. Carts are zippy and equip is clean. Good job !

Was here back in early April for a buddies bachelor party. It was fun and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend! I heard the massage chair was amazing! It was high speed competition! The race printouts were super handy. All in all the groom and we the boys had fun! Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City

Had a blast today racing go carts at K1 with family! Our group of 8 had a package of four rides which they spaced out around other groups so we were around for a few hours. Not too bad since they had other ways to entertain (pool table, ski ball, arcade games, massage chairs, etc). And they had concessions so we had fries and wings while we waited. Good size track, and they allow a practice lap before you start racing for time. The carts were fast with speeds topping out at 45mph. This was my first time go carting and I'd definitely come back again. The only reason for a star off was the time it took for our 4 races (over three hours) and the fact I ended up with bruises on my back from the seat. Still worth it, this place is a ton of fun!

I LOVE kart racing. K1's track was fun to try out. The wait can be pretty long. I was there on a weekday early afternoon and still had to wait for about an hour. I can't imagine going on a weekend.

K1 always a blast. But sometimes the people on the track definitely deserve to be bumped, because they're Jackasses. :)

K1 racing is the best - fast, fun and relatively quiet. The staff (especially Joseph) are kind and very professional.

Do you serve alcohol?

Hello, Alex! We're sorry, but we do not sell alcohol at this location. However, we do sell a large variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Thanks for your interest!

Is there an age limit? And if you're under age what's the other options?

Hello Bianca! There is no age limit, but we do have height restrictions. Children must be at least 48" tall to race our junior karts, adults will need to be at least 58" (4'10") to race our adult karts. If they do not meet the height requirement, we… Read more

Are the karts big enough for person 6'5?

Yes! Our height limit is around 6'7". Hope to see you at the track soon, Dennis!

This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences we've had, not because of a rule--but…read morebecause of how it was handled. Our six-year-old son loves racing. He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

From the adult perspective - the customer service is lacking, the prices are steep and the main…read moreattraction - the race cars, are slow and expensive. The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat. Adult Races are for drivers at least 54" Tall and either 18+ yrs old or 15+ yrs old with State Issued Driver's License or Permit. Max Weight: 300 lbs. INTERMEDIATE RACE: 7- Minute Heat. The package we received $10 in video games (no prize games) and unlimited attractions: golf, rides, laser tag, go carts There were 2 attendants that appeared to be working. One stayed at the cars -it was the most popular-possibly because there was an attendant there so it looked operational. All other attractions we had to go find an attendant and that was quite difficult. Plenty of employees walking around but none working attractions. We finally found one person and she seemed responsible for all of them. So only one ride at a time could be operated. That is ridiculous since we paid for unlimited and only one closed at a time. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:45 -we had 1 sorcerer for more than 30 people! Too much for one person. Pizzas were not delivered until 12:10 and only 2 at a time and were served 2 slices at a time by waitress. We then had to wait to get 2 more pizzas. So we spent A LOT of time waiting for rides and food and very little time participating in the activities. Pizza was terrible -think kid pizza. Not one participant asked for seconds. Worse than Main Event pizza It could be improved with staff! And better food

This place is incredibly disorganized and honestly feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. For the amount of money you spend to get in, absolutely nothing here is worth it. Here is what you need to know before you go: * Zero Staff Supervision: There are no staff members supervising the bounce room or the shooting area. Because of this, little kids are running wild with guns everywhere. * Not Teen-Friendly: Because the facility is overrun with unsupervised "littles," teenagers do not have a dedicated or safe place to actually play. If you have older kids, this is definitely not the place for you. * Broken Games: The "video game" area is a joke. They only have 12 older games, and only 4 of them actually work. * No Basic Amenities: There is absolutely nowhere to put your shoes. On top of that, they do not offer any food or drinks for sale, meaning you have to haul everything in yourself. Save yourself the headache and the money. We will not be returning.
