The stickers arrived and were just what I wanted and even a extra stuff to go along with my original order. What I didn't know is there was some extraordinary sircumstances. Very much looking forward to a few relaxing hours in the water. I checked and purchased tickets online, the website clearly stated that all water park features were available for this rate. Sounded great! We arrived and immediately had problems with the staff validating our parking. Then, we asked about lockers, and they were $10 - $15 to keep your things safe. We paid that additional fee, and then realized that the lazy river was shut down. I asked a lifeguard why, and he said they were understaffed and maybe it would open at 4 or 5 (our tickets were only good until 6). Other visitors were also complaining about this. There are no umbrellas, just chairs in the sun. And the only attraction we wanted to do was closed so we got our stuff out of the expensive locker and asked for a refund. The manager said that the lack of lazy river access was specified in the online ad, which it was not. She then said that we should be happy since this was a discounted fee. We were not. They finally did refund our money but refused to refund the locker fee since they outsource this service. And, of course, the parking was still a problem. My husband also had bought a drink with a $20 bill and the attendant scrutinized it saying they had a lot of counterfeits. All in all the entire experience was hugely frustrating and disappointing. They treated us like the bad guys when they had clearly misrepresented the experience. I can see why no one was really there. This place could be a great asset to Daytona, but it is really a huge embarrassment. We won't be back, and we won't recommend it to anyone else.

Terrible parking, but the restrooms are the most disgusting I've ever seen. Feces on the floor from backed up toilets, no toilet paper, and the septic overflowing into the driveway you have to walk thru to the entrance of the place. Food preparation is only a few steps from the restrooms, very unsanitary conditions. I wonder if the Board of Health ever checks it out.

Drink prices were reasonable, plenty of parking, adequate amount of bathrooms, and great music! I was also glad that there was a lounge area and table seating that was up for grabs (wasn't sure if that would just be for VIP tickets). It was also a great crowd that was well dressed and good vibes. We loved walking around the car showroom checking out all the beautiful cars, and then getting sweaty as we danced the night away. As someone who was a bride at the Glass Factory, and PAID money to be a bride at this horribly run…read morevenue...it is ridiculous that my review was taken down on Google because I'm trying to warn other brides by sharing my own experience. Such a RED FLAG! Before we signed our contract, it was Clay who was the venue manager at the time and he was incredible. Six months prior, I reached out with a question then was shared that Andrea was the new venue manager. Two months before the wedding Andrea had such poor communication and there were changes with the venue offerings that were not shared with me until I asked for certain furniture but found they didn't offer those items any more. Such another huge red flag on your end as a venue to not even reach out to me to discuss or apologize for your horrible venue manager, Andrea, for her behavior DURING my wedding at The Glass Factory. Within minutes of leaving the ceremony with my husband Andrea barges into the room about a problem with one of my guests. Andrea shared that my guest was unhappy that she was not let in for the ceremony when I in fact instructed all vendors to allow entry for guests during my ceremony but to leave them in the back inside of the venue near the entry door. My family friend missed the ENTIRE ceremony and Andrea was so loud and disruptive during my first alone time with my husband. RED FLAGS. I asked Andrea for her to apologize to my guest and she said no. My husband had to tell her she needed to leave the room because she was causing me so much anxiety and I was on the brink of tears because she was stressing me out so much. Attached you'll find information sent from my coordinator to all vendors which included Andrea the venue manager for the Glass Factory in Jacksonville, FL. My wedding was in early March and the venue was fairly warm as well. Very unique venue but if I could do my wedding all over again, I wish I could have chosen a different venue due to my experience with Andrea and The Glass Factory.
