When I called originally, they were EXTREMELY rude to me on the phone about it. All I asked for was a quote and they spoke to me as if I was stupid and refused to give me a quote, then hung up on me. When my father called 5 minutes later they treated him much more kindly than me and gave him a quote almost immediately. Any time I called asking about updates they said someone would call me back and no one ever did. The biggest problem I had with this place, though, was the fact that they could never give me a straight, honest answer. I understand they might not know for sure, but I would've rather them just said that than lie over and over again about it. I nearly got fired because they wouldn't honestly tell me when I would have reliable transportation again. When I finally got my car back, after a month longer than they originally expected, they gave me a bill for twice the amount. Blindsided.
