My friend and I called veterans towing when her truck needed to get towed back to her apartment. Jared was reliable and helpful. The cost ended up being less than he originally quoted us which was nice! I would definitely call them again if I needed to get towed. read more

Here's yet another five-star rating! Our car needed to be towed a short distance to the repair shop. Glenn said he'd have a truck over to our location within 45 minutes to an hour. As promised, Kevin the driver called and said he was five minutes away. Sha-zam -- our car was delivered to the shop. Thank you, guys! Great service! read more

Extremely helpful when others blew me off. Great service! Serviceman knew what he was doing and did it fast.

We had a special job we needed done and 1 Veterans towing came in and did it perfectly! These guys responded in minutes. We had a really heavy military truck (humvee) we needed towed and placed in a very narrow and hard to get to spot. These guys have years of experience and placed our vehicle exactly where we wanted it. They only charged us half of what other tow truck companies wanted, they are very well mannered and courteous, and they took care not to damage our humvee or property. read more

So to say they saved us is an understatement! We bought a forklift and the company shipping it had no idea or way to get it off the 18 wheeler. Called a lot of places then called these guys and they said sure no problem! For real they saved the day! Thank you from the bottom of my heart read more

fast, professional, great pricing. Will always be my first call if I'm ever in need of a tow!

Ryan is the most accommodating guy! (There are 2 owners but he is who picked me up) I had issues with my car in Kerrville on my way back to San Diego & I had to be towed back to the closest VW service center. Not only did Ryan have a nice demeanor he tried to make sure I had everything I needed - a loaner car (they were out but he thought about it for me), a hotel which had things nearby for just about any need I might have, included pointing out the donut shop or Mexican place for breakfast, making sure that I would be picked up this morning by his brother (who works at the dealership my car is at: North Park VW). It just made an aggravating situation go so much smoother. Plus he offers military discounts!!! read more

Incredible service!!! Fast response and great price. Honest, helpful. Definitely recommend to use anytime!

I received towing service from Ryan today out on Galm Rd, San Antonio. I had a blown tire and had to be winched out of several inches of mud. As a single woman, I am very thankful for the for the professional and friendly service that I encountered. I have received local tow services from several others in San Antonio, and have never felt this comfortable and taken care of until now. Excellent customer service is difficult to find these days, and unfortunately folks tend to be unfriendly and present themselves as if I am an inconvenience to them. Not in this case! When I'm standing on the side of the road and Ford F-350s drive by without a care, I'm happy to have someone to call that won't make feel like an aggravating, stupid woman! After this experience, I intend to keep this company's number on speed dial. You should too. Big plus -- support a family, veteran-owned business rather than settling for some mediocre yahoo. Thank you, 1 Veterans Towing. 5 Stars, Navy "Brat" 21 years DoD read more

Glenn was professional and polite. The prices are very reasonable and would recommend.

I was locked out of my car at the HEB in Boerne on March 13 when Paula showed up. The funny thing was, I didn't even call them! A man had seen me sitting, waiting for my roadside assistance to show up and called her and said, "there is a disabled lady sitting at HEB and needs help." Paula jumped in her truck and came right over. I had been waiting 3 hours for someone; she showed up before the ordered one. She tried to troubleshoot the problem with my roadside assistance company's dispatch, to no avail. If this were to happen again, I would call them in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. read more

My husband and I where traveling through Texas on our way to Hollowman AFB, NM. We became stranded in my husband Corvette. We called the nearest tow within our area. Most tow service would not answer our call go to us being out of state. We call 1 Veterans, and this tall gentleman man came over and help us with our issues. 1 Veterans worked with insurance we have. Yay. Highly recommended them!!! read more

Absolutely great experience. I would trust Joey to drive my very expensive vehicle across country anytime. Unfortunately, tonight we hit a deer. Absolute gentleman. Not talking about the deer. read more

I have never run into anyone so rude as Paula in a service industry. Maybe it was a bad day, but what a bad attitude. After sitting on the side of the road waiting for her for 3 hours (a 1.5 hour drive from Boerne), and being told she would be there in the appointed time by her company, she showed up and threatened me and threatened that she would leave when I tried to inquire about the delay. If it was the roadside service's glitch or hers, threatening the customer does not make it better. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! read more

Our serpentine belt broke on our F350 tiring a 25ft trailer with a Kubota tractor in it. They were called by our insurance carrier - have roadside assistance. We broke down on Hwy 16 south of Pipe Creek. They showed up within half hour or less. They are very accommodating and friendly. The driver made the experience much better than it could have been. I would call and use them again if needed.. read more
