I then called Botnick and was able to get an appointment right away and after having my vehicle for the day they figured out what was wrong. They ordered the parts immediately and my car was right back in the following week and repaired. I worked with Chris, who let me know what was going on at every step. I even sent an email looking for an explanation about the mix up and they couldn't even be bothered to replay. What a lousy way to treat a potential customer right from the same neighborhood your business is in. There was a small issue with a sensor that they took care of quickly and completely. I live about 100 miles away from the dealership so they saved me a trip by setting me up with a repair shop close to home who took care of the problem. I recall reading a generally negative review on another site where the customer complained that the company seemed a little too laid back and its employees seemed to be more interested in watching a soccer match on television than selling cars. For me, that was a plus, not a minus. Unlike visits to other car dealerships where it seems as if the sales rep is always trying to convince me that I am his/her new best friend, Leo and the folks at Priceline are not those phony, cookie cutter car sales reps, but just decent people trying to do a good job for their customers. I think that they realize that they won't make every sale but that if they treat their customers and would-be customers properly, they will come out far ahead in the long run. These are the type of people that I enjoy doing business with. I highly recommend!

    I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one…read more I negotiated on a truck with this dealership and was very clear about my conditions: if they weren't going to move on price, I wanted new tires and brakes included. The salesman agreed--multiple times--that the tires would be replaced. Based on that, my wife and I took time off work and waited a couple of days while the truck supposedly went through their shop. The moment I arrived, I could tell something was off. The truck still had the same worn tires on it. When I asked about it and requested the service invoice, I was told they decided not to replace the tires because they had "less than 50% wear." That's not what we agreed to. What makes it worse is that they had days--and even a phone call right before I came in--to be upfront about this change. Instead, they waited until I was there, after I had already rearranged my schedule, to tell me they weren't honoring what was discussed. That's not a misunderstanding--that's poor communication at best and misleading at worst. I left feeling like I had just been dragged into a bad deal, and it completely killed any trust I had in this place. Based on my experience, the negative reviews here don't surprise me at all. If you're considering buying from here, get everything in writing and don't assume verbal agreements will be honored.

    I took my 2010 Supercharged 2010 Challenger R/T for timing chain recall. It took 3 months to get an…read moreappointment, car sat outside for 3 weeks before the work was done, covered in snow. In other words, a month for a 4 hour job, according to recall notice. Then George called and wanted $880 because they had to do additional work because of the blower. I paid them almost $300. After the car was brought home I put it back in the garage. Days later I noticed a dent in the corner of my hood. and a few paint chips. It looks like the hood was shut down while something was under the hood, like a TOOL,maybe? Several frustrating phone calls later, George said he'd check their pictures. It's been a month today. Don't take your car here. Don't buy from them.
