Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn't a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season. Here's a brief overview of our interaction with Rick: In May/June 2016 we ask him for a bid. He comes out and does a thorough job of estimating the job. Three days later we get a comprehensive email with a quoted price. He also recommends an order of operation on our work for the summer as we are going to roof and paint. His suggestions are welcomed and were spot on. Fast forward to September when we're all done with the roof and paint. We call him to schedule. He remembers us simply by name and street. He works to schedule the job with me and is very accommodating to our schedule. He arrives on time as promised with the materials and help he needs to do the job. Five hours later we have some seriously beautiful shiny black gutters installed on our new fascia boards (that he recommended we install). The house looks amazing. We've already had a September rain in them and they work as advertised. Rick is an honest, smart and timely professional. I highly recommend his services!
