He went out of his way to check with the kitchen to make sure my order was yeast-free and even showed me a list he had created of food allergens. After I explained the significance of yeast during Passover, he said he would add it to his list, which meant a lot. The restaurant itself was also very clean, from the dining area to the bathroom, but it was his level of thoughtfulness and attention that made the experience stand out.
