The value for what you get here can't be compared to any other salon! I recently went for my first pedicure and the massage chair was excellent, not too harsh and not too soft. Comfortable and clean. I came here to get my nails done the lady that did my nails doesn't even do nails so that is the first thing .second she was being so rough like it is unbelievable and she did a design that I did not tell her to do so that is crazy because I'm paying with my money and she want to do what she want to do . CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. BUYER BEWARE. This was my second time coming to this "shop". I showed Vicky an inspo pic from THEIR IG page and she couldn't do it. The nails were thin, crooked, uneven, and not what I wanted. 4 days after getting my nails done a nail popped off. I went to get the nail and design fixed this Thursday and was charged $20. Today is Saturday and a 2nd nail has broke after changing my clothes. I've been getting my nails done since 12 years old. No matter the length they always last up to a month. I paid $98 total for my nails to barely last a week. I live 20 mins away and that's ignorant to expect me to come in and PAY for the third time to get them "fixed". Refused any type of refund. Customer service means nothing to them. They pick and choose whose nails they put effort in to. I'm a paying customer like everyone else. The woman on the phone was extremely rude. The wait is 2 hrs long. It's just not worth it. I won't be back and will no longer be recommending others as y'all don't deserve it. Best believe my bank will refund every hot penny. I can't say much about the service itself because I walked out after they told me that, but I was already not impressed overall. I went to get my toes done a few days before my wedding.... It was the worst pedicure I've ever had! The guy was literally pumicing the tops of my toes! My skin was burning for days. I also hated how the color looked when he finished and I said that. But all he said was "it looks nice!" And he wouldn't change it. It was not relaxing at all and I complained but they wouldn't refund me later. The manager stated she couldn't pay her employee if she gave me a refund. That's not my problem!!! Made an appointment for 2 at 2:30 ahead of time so we'd get to sit next to each other and have it done at the same time. Mind you it was a Sunday, not only were they 45 min late into getting us into our appointment but they sat us across the salon from each other with our backs turned towards each other. Very disappointed. Only thing good about it was the pricing. My gel mani was ok but Ive had better. Her full set of acrylics were ok too but she complained about some areas not being filed properly and she had to finish the job at home. I got here very often and love getting my nails done by kaylee. She listens to what you ask for and she's always very sweet. I've never had any complaints for my nails, and always get compliments at work! Only reason for not 5 is the color selection isn't very wide. My friend and I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure because it was one of the cheapest we found (were both in college). Turns out you get what you pay for. Our pedicures were done right, but nothing special about them. There was one lady switching between both of us at the same time- which is really frustrating to me. Id rather them tell us to wait until there's enough people. The gel manicures were astonishingly difficult and turned out horribly. First of all, they only had two 'dryers' for gel manicures, and one was already being used for another customer. So we were being switched off again, so frustrating. Then, after my friend's nails were finished, the nail Polish had dried to the center of her nail and not along the outside. Aka, hello to another 30 minutes (at least) in this god-forsaken salon. I had already gotten the manicure portion done and another man painted my nails. He was obviously not having a very good day based on his attitude. When he finished painting he and I both noticed a smudge in my nail, and he didn't say anything about it. I didn't either because I wanted to get the hell out of there as soon as possible. My friend and I are both unhappy with our gel manicures. We plan on going back tomorrow to see if they can either fix our nails or give us a refund for the manicure. Made a appointment here for 3pm at this place for a nail repair and color change fir nails and toes they didn't get me in until 4pm. After 10 more minutes the man came and got me I had my nail color already ready, he repaired my 3 nails and painted the 3 nails I said ok what about the other nails? you're doing a color change he said no I can't I have to take the next lady she been here long time(I was there way before that lady and I had a appointment) he said you have to go back to the lady that's going to do your feet I said but she said she doesn't do nails he said yes she do and we went back and forth about it I said ok whatever say back down the other lady the sits at the 2nd desk stopped doing another lady nails and told me to come to her so she can paint the rest of my nails she said for the repaint it will be $30. Now if you get your nails done you know that is over charging for just a repaint it was $10 for the repair the other nails didn't need anything but a repaint not a fill or another set. So I said I'm sorry never mind I can't continue here the unprofessionalism is to much I just can't. The lady tried to say it's because they didn't speak English but it's a lie because both people spoke very good English when they were talking to me. Worst manicure I have ever had! I went to get a dip powder mani. Online the price was $30. I got there, was the only customer and the appointment lasted around an hour and a half. They have very limited color selection I would say around 15. I chose a color, they couldn't find it so I had to pick a different one. My nails were filed to stubs. My manicure is very uneven. I would guess it was their first time doing a dip powder manicure. When I went to pay they said the price was $45 which was more then what it said online. I got a pedicure, gel manicure, and brow wax. While I was sitting getting my pedicure I looked down to see baby cockroaches crawling all over the floor, and my shoes. I should've gotten up and left at that point. I saw about 6 of them of varying sizes throughout my pedicure. My brows look great, but my gel manicure that I got 20 hours ago is now peeling.
