They started asking me for a 5‑star review before they had even done any work, which should have been my first red flag. Their service has been subpar, the team is disorganized, and no one seems properly trained on Pentair systems. They've restarted my pump without priming it, cracked both of our skimmer lids, cracked the pump lid, torn the pump seal, and left return valves closed. On top of that, they've barely added any chemicals, blaming the season and temperatures. What makes this worse is that they're also the most expensive of all the pool services we spoke with, so I expected top‑tier service based on their pricing and all the 5‑star reviews. Last week I approved their quote to replace the pump lid they cracked and asked that service stop, yet they still showed up today to "service" the pool and didn't replace the lid. I was told we'd receive a credit for two missed visits due to the ice. Patrick argued with me about even crediting those despite the issues. Then Patrick also argued with me about them cracking our lid. Anyway, I have no idea why they sent their employees out in those conditions or why anyone was even trying to walk on our frozen pool deck. There needs to be some serious safety and quality training with this company. I tried to be patient and give them chances to do better, but it's clear that's not going to happen.
