They responded promptly, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and never left me wondering what was happening next. What really set them apart was how thoroughly they walked me through my options. Instead of just telling me what to do, they laid out every possible approach, explained the trade-offs, and gave me a clear estimate for each one. I felt empowered to make the right decision for my situation rather than pressured into anything. They were friendly, professional, and clearly hard-working. They took pride in their work and it showed. If you're looking for a pool maintenance company that's responsive, transparent, and genuinely good at what they do, look no further.

I will still give them a chance if they can get a good manager team.

They are closed but expected to possibly hear back the following week. Within an hour, I had a response that they don't perform the service I needed but to give them until the end of the day to find someone who does. This was on a SUNDAY. A few hours later they had responded that they had checked their contacts and those contacts were booked out a few weeks. So he KEPT looking. He found a five star business who does what I need and reached out to them Monday AM to give them my name. The service level here is unheard of. If they will do this for someone whom they will not be getting business from, I can't imagine what they would do if I was actually able to use them. Go check them out!

I offered a Monday where I was at home. They couldn't make it, absolutely no problem at all. Miguel said let him know any day the rest of the week and they'll be there. Checked my schedule then arranged things around with work to be able to be home on Thursday. Asked him on Tuesday if Thursday would work, he said yes. Then Thursday morning, he asked what time, I said outside of 1-2 PM, I am free any time, just give me a heads up when you're on your way. Said he would and then nothing. No text, didn't show up, didn't call. I can understand if things happen but, the expectation is communicating that. Pretty disrespectful as customers tend to need to work around their own schedules to accommodate these builders who overall don't seem to have respect for peoples' time. If you're not accepting work, don't say you will then never show up and waste peoples' time. When companies act this way for people who haven't given them any money yet, just imagine once they've got skin in the game. Would avoid any place that isn't going to do the minimum for a good first impression.

What really impressed me, though, was the service after the sale. About three months later, I had a filter that was extremely tight and I couldn't get it loosened. Mike, the technician, came back out to my house and took care of it for me. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It's easy to provide good service when making a sale, but how a company treats you afterward says a lot more. Mike and the team demonstrated that they truly stand behind their products and take care of their customers long after the purchase. I really appreciate the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub or spa.

Not just because we bought our pool and hot tub from Hydra, but because they consistently have the best service. Mike, their service technician, responded quickly to our concern. Due to this, we had to reschedule and Mike made it a priority to get back over ASAP - once we shocked the pool! He came again, on time and prepared and fixed the pool. Right in time for the last day of school! Thank you Hydra - Thank you Mike
