Just finished getting my lashes done with Vivian!

I just found my new favorite lash studio!!! I am here visiting from Arizona and I am officially very sad that I don't live here so that I can go here regularly for my fills! However, I will absolutely be back whenever I need a fill next! I saw Vivian and she was incredible. I called yesterday to book an appointment and was able to get in the next morning last minute which was amazing. The individual on the phone was very kind and accommodating which already got my excited to visit. Then when I arrived, Vivian was waiting for me with the form she needed me to fill out. She greeted me with what I assume would have been a warm smile if she wasn't wearing a mask! Nonetheless I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Additionally, I really appreciated that everyone was required to wear masks, including the employees and the whole studio was sparkling clean. You can tell that they take their time cleaning during the day and in between clients. I felt comfortable going there because of how clean it looked and would recommend it to everyone! Lastly, Vivian gave me such a beautiful set of lashes. She saved me from a bad previous fill and now they look SO incredible...quite literally my favorite set of lashes yet!! You MUST go here for lashes, you will not be disappointed ladies!

I had eyebrow and upper lip waxing yesterday. It was my first time to try waxing my upper lip and eyebrow. I usually do threading. I felt that my upper lip was extra painful during the service but the aesthetician said since it is my first time I am more sensitive. So I went home and didn't mind but it was really hurting a lot. Today it looked worse. I am now sure that she burned me. I think they are not too experienced with waxing so be cautious if anyone wants to try this place. I've been applying burn gel to my burn but still hurts soooooo much. Hard to eat or even talk too cause a little movement makes it hurt a lot. I worry how long will this heal and what will it look like after

If you're thinking about getting your lashes done here, ask for Annie! This was my first time getting my lashes done and they look so good. I had gotten the hybrid set with cat eye styling and it was exactly what I was going for. She's so sweet and her space makes you feel so comfortable. I'm definitely coming back!!

My healed brow 4-5wks after microblading, exactly what I told her I wanted! You can do thicker/more dramatic as well.

I booked an appointment here for microblading while in town. I was very nervous when I arrived and right before my appointment. Vivian was the most professional, easing person to do a procedure like this. She is meticulous and incredibly precise. When I arrived, I had to fill out some paperwork. She asked me what I was looking for and listened to exactly what I told her. I have really light eyebrows, pale skin, and dark hair. I was definitely worried about them looking too overwhelming since I am used to them being so light. Vivian listened to every concern and made me feel confident that my brows would be natural looking. She maps out your brows in such great detail and measures them precisely. She talks you through every step and makes you feel at ease. Once she has her outline of what she will be doing, she asks you to approve. She then maps out her strokes. When she showed me the ink, I thought it looked too dark, but it ended up being perfect (as she said). All of the equipment she uses is brand new/single use and she shows you every tool and explains it to ease you. The first pass hurt a little bit (even with numbing cream) and the second pass was not bad at all. Right after, my brows looked amazing. As Vivian told me, they did get a little darker on Day 2-4 before they eventually lightened up. I did not have any scabbing/flaking, but people could react differently. I was waiting to write this review as I wanted to see a bit of the healing process. I am at about 5 weeks now and my brows look amazing. I'm sure most people would never be able to tell that I had them done, but I'm no longer filling them, which is exactly what I expressed that I wanted to Vivian. I likely will not go in for a touch up because I like the lighter/natural look and my skin retained the pigment pretty well, but you should be prepared to have 2 sessions (something they are very upfront about). With all this said, the healing process was a little scary. I wanted to write this review because I think Vivian is amazing with eyebrows and there seem to not be too many pictures/reviews of microblading, which there should be because she is amazing. She is capable of doing a natural/subtle brow or more dramatic ombré brow and will listen to your preferences and work with you. If you are considering microblading, I highly recommend Vivian! The price was lower than what I have generally seen (although it's $350+$100 for touch up..some higher priced appointments include touch up), but the quality definitely is not!

Wow...... Just...WOW!!! This place is so far above my expectations from their website to the incredible ambiance. I have been getting lashes for almost 15 years and cleanliness should always be your first concern. This place is so above and beyond the normal clean and sterile that we all appreciate that it is really hard to believe. Whoever decorated this salon is extremely talented. I wanted to take pictures, but then decided that it deserves that first impression wow factor to remain intact. I don't want to spoil anyone's first visit. Will I be back? Ha! How about every two weeks until.... Forever!!!!!

The salón is very clean and welcoming, the booths very private and accommodating, I get cold very easily and I made the mistake of wearing a dress and my techa wAs nice enough to bring me a blanket. I'm giving them a 4star rating. I have been 3x before and have always been happy. (5star). The studio is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. My most recent visit (for eyelash lift and tint) However yielded a "product reaction". I think she over processed my lashes and/or.... The experience took longer, and she was out of the room too much. My eyes were burning when she finished and I felt like my eyelashes "ripped" from the skin at the end. But 72 hours later, I realized this is more than just a "product reaction". So I drove over today in person. The woman (not who did my lashes) told me they had not "changed" products and I was probably allergic to the air. I assured her no this was specific to my visit. I later called, and they sent me a verbatim response from Reddit (which I had already read). But, in the end they refunded and apologized. So- hopefully it was a 1x occurrence.

I got my lashes done for the very first time today! I kinda wish I was taught the process before, I had no idea what was going on. I didn't experience any irritation or eye redness or anything, she was very gentle and meticulous with her work. I did show a picture of what I wanted exactly, and while my lashes do look nice, they still weren't exactly what I wanted. It was hard to see in the dim lit room, so I couldn't really see until I got home. I might go back and see if they can get me closer to what I asked for. Overall a good first experience.

I have been getting lash extensions at K Lash for almost 2 years now with Sara. I always have such a great experience and absolutely love my extensions each and every time. She takes into consideration what I need at the time...if I go on a trip, she'll make them fuller so that they last longer and if I'm going to a special event, she'll make them so that I'll picture better. 2nd lash lift here. First time by Vivian and this time by Sara. Sara is also gentle and provided a relaxing experience. However, Vivian is still more detailed during the process and when the service is performed. *Edit: After Sara's lash lift, when I got home I noticed some lashes are still straight right in the middle of my eye so it is quite noticeable. I went in for a full set because my previous lashes fell off. I lay down and let the lady do my lashes and she didn't even bother to take off the THREE lashes that were left on both of my eyes and wanted to charge me 30 dollars for removal. I said " I'm not paying that for 3 lashes being removed" and then she left it on and it looked absolutely terrible because they stuck out like a sore thumb. Terrible service and the lady did a terrible job. I also had photos to prove the terrible job they did but I was on vacation and they refuse to accommodate me even though I have proof and have been loyal to them. They hang up on people and don't listen to the customers. I never want to come ever again. Terrible management as well and they lied to me and never offered a discount. They wanted me to come back in and pay for them to fix their mess up. There were BARELY any lashes left on one of my eyes in a week and a half. Attached is a photo of that! read more

Very nice place. Only went twice. First time the lady was super nice and friendly. Lashes did not last as long as usual but I thought it happens sometimes. Did second refill, lady was very slow and not so friendly. Lashes looked beautiful but they have almost all fallen out before two weeks. Been doing this for years and the last place I went to would last a minimum of three weeks. Overall disappointed. The place is clean and great prices. read more

I will most definitely update my review out of courtesy. Vivian, (I believe to be the owner) called me about my lashes falling off in just 12 days. She kindly offered to re-do my full set of hybrid lashes since there could be multiple reasons my lashes fell off. I did agree to a point she made- if it's too hot in the room, then the lash glue may not work as well. That definitely played a part in the fault of my prior lashes. When I walked in, I did mention to my stylist it was hot. I even took my jacket and shoes off, and I was still sweating. Vivian did a great job on my lashes, she was quick and thorough. She was kind enough to call me and check up on my lashes. However, in the end, my opinion remains fairly similar to the last visit. Most of my lashes(70%) are out, and it's day 14. I'm not use to spending $115 for lashes, and when I spend that much, I expect them to last a little longer than two weeks. I wish them the best of luck. Thank you again for your services. read more

I LOVE KLash! I've been coming here for 2 or 3 years now and even thought they've switched out lash techs since I first started coming, everyone here is always sweet and really great at what they do! I used to get full volume set lash extensions but now I go for a more natural lash lift (which uses your natural lashes!) and i am always happy with the results! If I could leave a zero star review, then I would. Here's why I went here to get waxed: they claim they are also a waxing studio on top of doing lash extensions, it's in a nicer area, it looked nice inside, had positive reviews (only lash extension reviews however), they seemed professional when I went in initially to check it out. I have been having crappy luck with waxing places since I moved back home from Austin and I have been on the hunt-- unfortunately this place turned out to be the worst of the worst. The gist of it is that the wax the lady used was too hot (even after she asked me if it was too hot and I told her yes), the waxing process itself was extremely painful, and she actually ended up RIPPING off SKIN from the tops of my cheekbones. No, I am not on any medication at all, I don't use retinol products, I don't tan, I didn't use a facial scrub so I was shocked too see that my skin had been ripped off. I have been getting my face (eyebrows and recently started waxing my entire face) waxed for almost ten years and this has never happened to me before. I will never go back there and I recommend that you don't either if you are looking for a waxing. I found K lash studio through yelp and was excited to try a new lash place especially one close to me with good reviews. The service was great at first however that soon changed and the quality of work was just not there. After the first 3-4 days I had a giant gap on one side of my eye. No big deal, i thought i would just give them a call and tell them about my concern. I told the lady who answered the phone i had very visible gaps and if i could somehow refill those spots? I even told her I didn't mind paying I just didn't want very obvious gaps after only 4 days of having them applied. The lady seems to not know what to say to me so she continues to tell me her manager will call me about the situation. Almost two weeks have passed since I called them to have my lashes fixed and I never received a call back. I don't think she ever intended to have her manager call me back. Was happy for the first two days of having the lashes applied but safe to say I won't be coming back here. I don't mind driving an hour to get good quality of work and good service. read more

I've finally become completely loyal (as I can, anyway) to this lash studio. I work out of state for 2-3 weeks at a time, so I sometimes have to get refills elsewhere but I have NEVER found a place as affordable and consistent as here. I don't make appointments with any particular lash artist. I literally just make my appointment the day that I'm free and they assign me to whoever can take me. I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the lash work done here, so don't be afraid to try any of the girls. Here, I've done regular and volume silk lashes, but I really loved the regular mink ones the best. I have very short and thin lashes, so I felt like the minks caused the least amount of damage because of how light they are and I had the wiggle room to go a little longer. The only problem was that they straightened out after about a week (totally normal), which ended up being great because literally everyone and their mom complimented me on my long, natural lashes. COME HERE. You will not be disappointed. TIP: no deposit fee if you book by phone, but don't be a jerk and miss your appointment. read more

I moved here from Colorado a few months ago and wanted to find a lash salon that could do natural looking lashes. Thankfully, I found K Lash, and have been seeing Vivian ever since! The place is adorable, clean, and scheduling has always been very easy for me. Vivian is the sweetest, most professional lash stylist. She was so kind as to offer to (complimentary) do lashes for my friend who was visiting from out of town, and has recently finished chemo. I also had microblading done by Vivian and Love Love Love my results. They are so natural looking, and we're nearly painless. I'm also surprised by the four star reviews. I got a lash lift here yesterday and they leave the solution on too long and don't clean it off well enough afterwards. She kept the solution on after her timer went off because she was busy tending to the front desk. She also put the lifting solution on my lash ends which you aren't supposed to do, fraying them and overall ending in really brittle lashes (that look almost bleached?). Mine have been falling out since and I'll be using a ton of oil in hopes they aren't too badly damaged. I won't be coming back. :( definitely not worth the $70. read more

First off, the ambience in this eyelash studio was amazing! The music, the decoration.. Everything was well put together. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped immediately by the staff. I had to fill out a form due to being new to K Lash, but was called right after to start the process. Mary did a wonderful job with my premium full set!!! She was time efficient and held a good conversation with me. She as well had time to wax my eyebrows, which she did very well with also. I am in LOVE with my lashes and in love with this place. Based on the good start reviews of this place, I had high expectations. This was my first time getting eye lashes extension, and I wasn't sure what styles are good fits, so I asked Sarah for recommendations. Sarah seemed inpatient, and she kept looking at her watch like I wasn't suppose to ask questions??!! All I did was to ask her: based on the shape of my eyes, if I was looking for something natural, what would you recommend? She said: everyone's eyes are different, and everyone has different tastes, if I didn't know what I liked, she won't be able to help me. I guess she had a good point and her time was too valuable? I decided to leave and said to her that I didn't want to waste her time, I might come back another day. The owner/manager asked if evething was okay, and I just said: I don't feel comfortable to have Sarah do my eye lashes, and I would come back another time. All and all, I don't trust someone so rude to touch my eyes, and I would never spend a penny on a person who doesn't know what she was doing. I've only ever booked my appointments with Vivian, but I'm sure the other ladies here are just as great! Vivian takes the time to listen to exactly what I want, makes sure I'm comfortable, and handles herself with professionalism. The most recent time I went, I wasn't in love with my extensions only because they were too full and long for my taste. I called to explain my situation and Vivian was able to squeeze me in the following day to fix them, free of charge! It's been 4+ weeks and my eyelashes still look great! read more

Got my lashes done by Annie and I LOVE them. She's super gentle and very attentive. At first I was hesitant in actually doing them, but after I was wowed! I loved mink lashes so much that I would drive :45 minutes just to have the same lash stylist perform her magic. But eventually the minks were discontinued, there was a change in managers and I tired of the long drive, so I was open to find another dealer to get my fix. I learned that while the animals weren't killed for their mink fur and that they were brushed for their mink, that the animals were being kept inhumanely. That was enough for me to switch and find an alternative. I was referred to Jolie at New Wink and now I drive about :25 minutes, and I've switched to a non-mink, but with the same feathery effect. If you're thinking of getting lashes done professionally and want them to last a few weeks, consider the following: 1. Avoid facial steaming since it will unstick the lash glue and your precious lash extension will fall off, leaving your natural lash intact. 2. Avoid cheap lash salons that will do whatever length and thickness you think you want since too heavy of lashes will weight your natural lashes down and cause breakage. 3. If you enjoy rubbing your eyes and crying, you may want to save your money on lash extensions. 4. Be prepared to use oil free everything (facial cleansers, facial lotions and makeup) to avoid oils on lashes that will unstick the glue. With the proper washing of your face and lashes, you will prevent any eye lid infections or lash nastiness. 5. Be sure to invest in a dry lash brush to brush out your lashes daily. 6. Be sure to invest in a lash coating product to that will clean and protect your lashes every 3 days. Does this seem like a lot of work? Well, it is at first, but you get used to it. But here are some benefits, that I have found: 7. I never need mascara ever. This reduces the need for buying mascara and mascara remover. And I've noticed less wrinkles around my eyes since I don't pull or tug around my eye area. 8. My eyes always look done up, and I often go without makeup. 9. I look more awake. More compliments, and less caffeine. 10. I can wear my full face makeup and I think my eyelashes look perfect every time without curling and mascara. The only drawbacks are: 11. The occasional eyelash pain when having them installed on your eyelashes. Since they glue an individual eyelash on each of your natural eyelashes, I have experienced an occasional poke on the eyelid during the process. Even the steadiest of hands can slip. 12. They tape down the bottom lashes during the application process. This is a weird feeling to have your eyelashes taped down (medical Micropore stuff) while you lay down with your eyes closed. Think of it as an hour long Shavasana. 13. It's another beauty ritual to add to the regular: nails, hair, threading,etc routine. 14. My lashes last me about 3 weeks, and it's way cheaper to go every 2-3 weeks for a refill versus going every month for a full set. Despite the overall pros and cons, I am an addict. And now since I have about a year's experience in lash gettin', I thought I'd Yelp share my beauty addiction. Next time I see you, be sure that I'll be winking and batting my lashes at you.

When my natural lash would fall off, many times it would just hang there cause it was glued to another lash making it very uncomfortable. What made me stop was the fact that I started having bald spots around my eyelash line. And this was only after 3 months of using extensions. The corner of one of my eyes was bald, other parts were spotty... Yes the application is fast but it comes with a cost. Putting more than one extension on your lashes will make you lose lashes. I'm European and I already have long enough lashes and they are pretty thick. I just didn't want to deal with putting mascara on and just wanted to be ready in 5 minutes when leaving the house. I asked other friends who had extensions and I was told it's not normal, I should remove the extensions and go somewhere else. Unfortunately, after only 3 months of using extensions, my eyelashes were short, stubby and half of them gone. I never had an eyelash curler because my lashes are already curled but I had to buy one cause they were stick straight (Asian like) and very short after removing the extensions. Oh, I think I got eyelash infections since part of my eyelash hurt a few times and I washed my face/eyes every day. You be the judge of it. Try it if you want but if you feel something is wrong just stop it and have them removed. Better than losing your natural lashes

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Vivian the Manager is so unprofessional when it comes to keeping her appointments. This location has more than enough excuses for their errors. My first visit I booked online. When I arrived I was told they online calendar made a error and they did not actually have a opening at that time and I would have to wait 2 hours! I had found a babysitter and made several arrangements to make that appointment. I waited a hour and half and was seen finally. Then they never had me sign the form before the services stating what to expect and the safety guidelines for people who have never had lashed before. After my appointment my eyes were red and burning during my service. When I left I was over charged and had to call to get a refund. They charged me full price on top of the deposit that's not refundable when they should have included the deposit in the total. So then I had to wait for a refund. When I called the girl did not even apologize and it seemed very odd how she didn't catch it and I had to call. My eyes were burning so bad for two days and were bloodshot. I called and complained to Vivian the Manager. I also mentioned to her about all the mistakes made during my first visit and how I was not impressed. She mentioned I could get a refill for free and she would do my services. She then mentioned the website doesn't always connect to their calendar at the spa. As the manager she should have that looked into so things like this do not happen. Considering I drove a long way for my appointment. She did call and check on my eyes later that day and that was the only reason i returned and gave this location another shot. But then A day before my next service I received a call late afternoon from the them stating Vivian needed to reschedule me because something came up. So again even though I had booked over two weeks in advance my appointment was not going to be good. I text Vivian and told her how upset I was because again I had a sitter and planned around my work schedule. After hearing how upset I was she said she could go ahead and see me. I arrived and everything went smooth and I did not have to pay anything. My refill appointment I made online again. But this time I called to verify the time was ACTUALLY AVAILABLE on their end with Vivian since the error my first visit. The girl confirmed it was and I was booked. AGAIN, the day before my appointment late afternoon with no heads up I received a email saying my appointment time was changed. Then a few moments later I received a second email saying my appointment was moved back to the original time. Then a hour later I received a call from the spa stating AGAIN Vivian had something come up and needed to reschedule me. Or they could put me with another technician. Vivian was aware that because of my red eye burning experience that she was the only technician I wanted to see. So I told them no and mentioned how unprofessional Vivian was about her schedule and it was unbelievable that every time I have made a appointment I have been asked to reschedule!! This would be the 3rd time by Vivian who let me remind you, is the Manager. The girl didn't not sound sympathetic at all nor did she apologize. She got rude and said " well Vivian's niece is having a baby so it's not like she doesn't have something going on." I mentioned to her that that was none of my business and that it wouldn't be such a big deal if she had not tried to reschedule me every time I had a appointment and since I had so many bad experiences. I told her I did not have time to keep rescheduling and making arrangements and that I would not be returning and how unprofessional they were. They girl said "ok" and not once apologized. She was very rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The owner really needs to find a more professional Manager to run her spa too. Vivian and the front desk girl are very unprofessional and the front desk girl makes too many mistakes and is rude. I have told several friends and family members who were going to go there for lashes and micro-blading to steer clear. Considering Viviana response to E Z below shows how unprofessional she is and how she has many excuses for their errors and bad customer service. And making the excuse of why the manager didn't smile. Wow. Bottom line-- learn good customer service lady. read more

Let's just say, I've tried numerous different eyelash places but this by far, has to be the best place I've visited with reasonable prices. I booked an appointment online (I don't think you NEED one) but I did just to be on the safe side. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the receptionist. Soon after discussing what I had wanted and signed papers, she told me to have a seat as my stylist will be right out. Not even 5 minutes and I was already heading into the room to start. Ann did my lashes and I love them!! I told her how I wanted to do the volume set compared to classic. I was skeptical because my lashes are so short and thin that volume wouldn't even do justice. I was completely wrong. She did an amazing job. She finished a little over an hour but that's super fast for volume lashes. However, even though she finished fast, you can still tell the quality of her work is great so I will definitely be coming back and recommend her to anyone wanting to try them out. read more

One of the best lash studios I've ever been to. High quality for a good price. The minute I walked in I was warmly greeted and offered refreshments until my technician came. It's such a cute place and very clean. The staff is attentive and caring about all their clients and you can tell they use the best quality materials and are extremely qualified. I got mink lashes and the whole process was done quickly and efficiently. My technician explained the process for me before we began and they provided eye makeup remover just incase I had any excess mascarra on to ensure a perfect set. After we were done, she gave me a card with a list of after care for me to follow. She even sensed the confusion I was still feeling and patiently explained what to do and not do and that if i had anymore questions, I could call anytime during business hours. I am very particular when it comes to makeup and how my face looks, and this was my first time getting eyelash extensions. I was somewhat nervous because I knew nothing about lash extensions, but the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful. My technician was Symone, and she did an absolutely amazing job! I was extremely satisfied with her performance! My lashes look beautiful! Speaking of beautiful, the k lash studio has such a pretty interior with a nice area with free snacks and drinks for all the customers! The price was reasonable, but a little expensive for my budget. I paid $75 for the premium full set. Since I got their Christmas special, I will be paying only $25 (regularly $40) for the refill in two weeks, and I got five dollars off my full set with a check in coupon from Yelp. I definitely enjoyed my first experience getting eyelash extensions done and can't wait to see all the lovely ladies when I come back for my refill. read more

I had never been to K Lash before, but was not surprised with my fantastic experience. K Lash, as a company, values quality services for their clients. I was welcomed into the studio by the receptionist, Kris, who was very knowledgeable about the different styles, weights and lengths of the lashes and ensured that all of my questions were answered so that I left with exactly what I wanted. Sara, the stylist, was fantastic! She told me that she thought the size I had in mind would be a bit too heavy for my eyes, so she encouraged me to go down one thickness level. I'm so glad I listened to her! They look fantastic! She was quick yet meticulous and made sure the looked perfect before I left. When I walk in I immediately feel relaxed and welcomed. My lash technician Sara is not only professional but caring and sweet. Before finding her and K Lash I hopped around lash studios for three years trying to find the best lash tech. She is diligent and quick when applying lashes. In the last few years, I have lived in San Antonio, Austin & now Houston. And I am known to be very discerning. I like the natural look but also full without it being obvious they're extensions. I like to keep people guessing! I also have super straight lashes that can make it challenging for curled lashes to stay on. Upon my initial quest to find lash places in each of the former cities, it normally would take between 2 & 5 different places until I came upon a place that did a great job in appearance as well as lasting long. The K Lash Studio is such a delightful change from the regular lash spots i've been to. When I arrived I was greeted by a receptionist who was very welcoming and accommodating. The place was so clean and tastefully decorated. I was introduced to my lash stylist, MARY , then took me to her work station, where the real magic happens. Instead of just picking from A B or C style lashes, she really took the time to measure and figure out a style that works best for my eyes. I have been wanting to get lash extension forever but just never did it. After researching and keep coming up with K Lash Studio and reading reviews about Vivian made me really wanted to do it. The place is 10 minutes from my house in Sugar Land, very convenient. Very clean, modern, relaxing, smells nice. Vivian is so sweet, professional, takes her time explaining to me what kind of lashes she'd use on mine. She'd stop every few minutes to ask if I'm ok. This has been my go-to location to get my lashes done. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. My two favorite lash stylists so far are Vivian and Sara! They're the best! With that being said, they always give me good advice on the kind of lashes I should do and what the lashes are. The place itself is very clean and smells very nice, which can be a good first impression for someone who has never been. Aside from that, the price is a little bit up there but to be honest, it's worth it because you really get a lot out of what you paid for. I have only been here twice but I enjoyed both visit. Heard many good things about K Lash studio and so I came and returned a couple times during my long stay in Houston. Not only did I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere but Annie's outstanding customer services and performance also kept me from coming back. I highly recommend Annie if you were to go for quality eyelashes extensions coming from an organized, gentle, and thorough work. I took Annie's lashes caring tips (including light lashes maintenance every 2-4 weeks) so they maintained a good full look for up to 6-8 weeks depending (they lasted for 8 weeks when I came back to less-humid Oregon) Thanks Annie & K Lash for being a part of my highlights in Houston! read more

My first visit to K Lash Studio was great! This was my very first time coming here and also my very first time getting Lash extensions and I am very satisfied. The lady who did my extensions name was Linda and she was very nice, understanding, and quick. With it being my first time getting extensions, I was unsure about how I wanted them or the style I wanted, so I described to her the best way I could on how I wanted my lashes and she understood and gave me the exact results I was looking for in a timely manner. I highly recommend this lash studio. They have the most inviting waiting area that I could honestly hang out in all day, providing coffee or water or wine and snacks, amazingly comfy couch and decorations. The bathroom area is just as relaxing of a room, believe it or not! My lash tech, Vivian, is wonderful. She does an amazing job. My lashes lasted a good three weeks and honestly I could've waited longer for a refill but I'm about to leave on a trip and wanted them done before that. I went to this location never having a lash lift done, and now I don't think I can be without one! Super nice staff and very clean space- Having never had extensions or a lash lift before, I was nervous about having things so close around my eye, but my stylist made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The results were amazing! My lift lasted about 2 and half weeks, but I am pretty rough with my eye makeup and make-up removal so I'm sure it could have potentially lasted longer. I've been looking everywhere for a good place to get my eyelashes done and OMG! I swear I ain't getting pay for this I live in atascocita and it's an hour drive to this place my first time and I FREAKING LOVE IT I have flat eyelashes and they are now crazy curve I asked for what I wanted and I got more that what I pay for SYMONE Helped me to get this super natural beautiful look and her service was excellent I am very satisfied I got the real hair ones Shout out to symone and her awesomeness. I am currently going through chemotherapy for breast cancer. As a result, I have lost most of my eyelashes. The team at K Lash were wonderful, kind and supportive and made this difficult time so easy for me. Tina was fabulous and provided me with the best option for my unique situation. As I had so many lashes to add and putting on the full set took some time, she repeatedly asked me, "Are you okay?" Her care and sensitivity to my personal situation meant so much. I've been wanting to get lash extensions for some time now, but my work schedule doesn't allow me to pamper myself like I so deserve. I found them on Instagram and loved how natural their lashes looked. I stopped by on an off day and they were able to schedule an appointment for that day. Tina was so awesome. So it turns out I had an eye infection called blepharitis. It's basically due to build up oils in your eye, that being said it is VERY important to make sure your wash your eyes often. I know it's hard because we want to make those gorgeous lashes last!! But the infection was NOTHING to do with K Lash studios. If anything I was so appreciative of their concern and willingness to help fix the problem. Thank you!! I hope to be back at some point once my eye is fully healed lol. read more

This was my first time coming to K Lash Studio. Vivian was my lash technician and she was amazing! She sat down with me and went through options that would best suit what I wanted. She was patient and very accommodating (I am currently very pregnant lol). She made sure I was happy with the outcome which I was. The facility was clean and looked really nice. Came to K Lash after researching and reading their reviews. It is great decision I've made. MARY is my lash lady, she did great job. First, I tried the Natural lash full and i love it. and second time I decided to try Volume lash and in love with it. I dont need to make up much now. It been 3 weeks since I did the lashes,and it is still 2/3 of lashes. Cant wait to come back to touch up again. Highly recommend Mary!!! Next time I will try her facial as well read more
