Just finished getting my lashes done with Vivian!

I just found my new favorite lash studio!!! I am here visiting from Arizona and I am officially very sad that I don't live here so that I can go here regularly for my fills! However, I will absolutely be back whenever I need a fill next! I saw Vivian and she was incredible. I called yesterday to book an appointment and was able to get in the next morning last minute which was amazing. The individual on the phone was very kind and accommodating which already got my excited to visit. Then when I arrived, Vivian was waiting for me with the form she needed me to fill out. She greeted me with what I assume would have been a warm smile if she wasn't wearing a mask! Nonetheless I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Additionally, I really appreciated that everyone was required to wear masks, including the employees and the whole studio was sparkling clean. You can tell that they take their time cleaning during the day and in between clients. I felt comfortable going there because of how clean it looked and would recommend it to everyone! Lastly, Vivian gave me such a beautiful set of lashes. She saved me from a bad previous fill and now they look SO incredible...quite literally my favorite set of lashes yet!! You MUST go here for lashes, you will not be disappointed ladies!

I had eyebrow and upper lip waxing yesterday. It was my first time to try waxing my upper lip and eyebrow. I usually do threading. I felt that my upper lip was extra painful during the service but the aesthetician said since it is my first time I am more sensitive. So I went home and didn't mind but it was really hurting a lot. Today it looked worse. I am now sure that she burned me. I think they are not too experienced with waxing so be cautious if anyone wants to try this place. I've been applying burn gel to my burn but still hurts soooooo much. Hard to eat or even talk too cause a little movement makes it hurt a lot. I worry how long will this heal and what will it look like after

If you're thinking about getting your lashes done here, ask for Annie! This was my first time getting my lashes done and they look so good. I had gotten the hybrid set with cat eye styling and it was exactly what I was going for. She's so sweet and her space makes you feel so comfortable. I'm definitely coming back!!

I booked an appointment here for microblading while in town. I was very nervous when I arrived and right before my appointment. Vivian was the most professional, easing person to do a procedure like this. She is meticulous and incredibly precise. When I arrived, I had to fill out some paperwork. She asked me what I was looking for and listened to exactly what I told her. I have really light eyebrows, pale skin, and dark hair. I was definitely worried about them looking too overwhelming since I am used to them being so light. Vivian listened to every concern and made me feel confident that my brows would be natural looking. She maps out your brows in such great detail and measures them precisely. She talks you through every step and makes you feel at ease. Once she has her outline of what she will be doing, she asks you to approve. She then maps out her strokes. When she showed me the ink, I thought it looked too dark, but it ended up being perfect (as she said). All of the equipment she uses is brand new/single use and she shows you every tool and explains it to ease you. The first pass hurt a little bit (even with numbing cream) and the second pass was not bad at all. Right after, my brows looked amazing. As Vivian told me, they did get a little darker on Day 2-4 before they eventually lightened up. I did not have any scabbing/flaking, but people could react differently. I was waiting to write this review as I wanted to see a bit of the healing process. I am at about 5 weeks now and my brows look amazing. I'm sure most people would never be able to tell that I had them done, but I'm no longer filling them, which is exactly what I expressed that I wanted to Vivian. I likely will not go in for a touch up because I like the lighter/natural look and my skin retained the pigment pretty well, but you should be prepared to have 2 sessions (something they are very upfront about). With all this said, the healing process was a little scary. I wanted to write this review because I think Vivian is amazing with eyebrows and there seem to not be too many pictures/reviews of microblading, which there should be because she is amazing. She is capable of doing a natural/subtle brow or more dramatic ombré brow and will listen to your preferences and work with you. If you are considering microblading, I highly recommend Vivian! The price was lower than what I have generally seen (although it's $350+$100 for touch up..some higher priced appointments include touch up), but the quality definitely is not!

Wow...... Just...WOW!!! This place is so far above my expectations from their website to the incredible ambiance. I have been getting lashes for almost 15 years and cleanliness should always be your first concern. This place is so above and beyond the normal clean and sterile that we all appreciate that it is really hard to believe. Whoever decorated this salon is extremely talented. I wanted to take pictures, but then decided that it deserves that first impression wow factor to remain intact. I don't want to spoil anyone's first visit. Will I be back? Ha! How about every two weeks until.... Forever!!!!!

I was here today for a full set and they helped me figure out what would look best. The salón is very clean and welcoming, the booths very private and accommodating, I get cold very easily and I made the mistake of wearing a dress and my techa wAs nice enough to bring me a blanket. I'm giving them a 4star rating. I have been 3x before and have always been happy. (5star). The studio is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. My most recent visit (for eyelash lift and tint) However yielded a "product reaction". I think she over processed my lashes and/or.... The experience took longer, and she was out of the room too much. My eyes were burning when she finished and I felt like my eyelashes "ripped" from the skin at the end. But 72 hours later, I realized this is more than just a "product reaction". So I drove over today in person. The woman (not who did my lashes) told me they had not "changed" products and I was probably allergic to the air. I assured her no this was specific to my visit. I later called, and they sent me a verbatim response from Reddit (which I had already read). But, in the end they refunded and apologized. So- hopefully it was a 1x occurrence.

I got my lashes done for the very first time today! I kinda wish I was taught the process before, I had no idea what was going on. I didn't experience any irritation or eye redness or anything, she was very gentle and meticulous with her work. I did show a picture of what I wanted exactly, and while my lashes do look nice, they still weren't exactly what I wanted. It was hard to see in the dim lit room, so I couldn't really see until I got home. I might go back and see if they can get me closer to what I asked for. Overall a good first experience.

I typically don't get a refill since I usually only get extensions for special occasions but I loved them so much, I found myself wanting to go back especially since they had lasted me over a month and they still looked great (I don't use any makeup or have oily skin). I had some issues with my lashes at first. The manager was very understanding and fixed them for me. After getting them redone, my new lashes have stayed on well and they are gorgeous. K lash studio is honestly the best place I've been too for eyelash extensions. I used to go to a lady in Katy and paid $70. They looked soo plastic and would tangle up so much . So I decided to try k lash studio in sugar land . I decided to go with Tina and I don't regret it at all ! The eyelashes are mink and soo soft! They look soo real. I had them for two weeks before I even decided to come get a refill and I think I had like 4 fall out the whole time . I definitely recommend this place to all the ladies. I've never been the one to maintain my lashes. I'd always get them only for special occasions however I booked an appointment at K lash studio several months ago and I haven't stopped going since. The place is in a nice area, very welcoming and comfortable. It's all about the customer. I had my first several appointments with Megan and she was simply amazing. I was extremely nervous about my appointment because I had never gotten eyelash extensions before. I was quickly put at ease as soon as I was greeted by Sarah at the front desk. She was sweet as she talked me through the process and answered any questions I had. They offer complimentary drinks as well as supplies in the bathroom to take off any makeup or product you may have forgotten to remove beforehand. She introduced me to Jenny who was going to do my extensions. Throughout the process I was so relaxed because of the ambiance and soft music. Jenny was so gentle and did an incredible job! I was recommended by a friend to come to K Lash Studios. I never had lash extensions before and I was unsure about how they would look on me but I absolutely love them. !. I like this place but what they just put me through is kinda BS. I got my eyebrows micro-bladed and and then like 6 months later got a touch up. A few days after the touch up, I called and said could they fix something I noticed. The lady on the phone said come the next day. I came the next day but later bc I had just got off work. I work from home. I literally live an hour from here just to get there and be told they can't do anything.... I wasted all my gas and was driving crazy trying to get here when they could of said send me a picture. I'm just going to kind of chuck it to the game of life and beauty services bc sometimes you need to correct even your touch up appointment. But it has to heal first, just wish they didn't make drive to tell me that. like what the hell y'all I even missed my class I had after work to come here and for them to tell me that. could of asked for a picture. The eyebrows are not the same and that's just what bothers me but they can fix it when it's healed. ppl here are so nice, every other time has been great five stars, and this was just one time. read more

K lash is a fabulous studio. Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and hospitable. I was able to make a same day appointment which I certainly wasn't expecting to be able to do, so that was great! Mary did an amazing job, I told her I wanted a natural look but not TOO natural and she did just that. I've gotten so many compliments! The only downside is that my eyes were red after she finished and stayed that way for almost 3 days after my appointment. I think this was due to the pads they use to hold your bottom lashes down. I felt some discomfort but didn't think much of it, so I guess they were digging into my eyes more than I realized. When I go for my refill I'll just make sure to tell her about that and I have no doubts that she'll fix the issue. Overall I'd totally recommend coming here. You won't be disappointed! read more

I've been coming here for a few months now & every time they provide excellent service. The staff is so friendly & sweet. I love Sara! One of the best things about K Lash is the reminder texts they send you so you don't forget your appointment. That has come in quite handy for my forgetful brain. I have sensitive eyes... My eyes never feel irritated afterwards, which was the only thing originally holding me back from getting eyelash extensions. I absolutely loved my experience at K Lash Studio. . Yesterday was my first time here. This place was highly recommended by a co worker. I had a premium full set, eye brow waxing and eye brow tint done. Staff was very friendly and my technician did an excellent job. I believe her name was Nina. I've been to many of the lashes studios in sugar land and I have to admit this one has impressed me and surpassed the others in many ways! Their application technique is so gentle. I went into K Lash with hopes of getting my first ever Lash lift after only reading reviews on Yelp and let me tell you, I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! The results were everything I thought they would be and I was so happy! My esthetician Vivian was so nice and explained every single step along the way and made sure I was comfortable. The studio itself is so well kept and very clean! They offer little snacks and beverages while you wait. Overall such an amazing place! I had my brows done today but a day before This, got a phone call from Vivian asking me to send her a photo of my brows so she could access. On the day, Vivian explained to me the 2 different types 1) microblading 2) ombré. After looking at all different photos of brows and my current brow situation, I opted for ombré. Vivian is meticulous. She took a great deal of time measuring and drawing my brow until she was satisfied. The result was amazing - of course. Before she started, she covered every piece of equipment and any appliances that she would touch. She only used bottled water to rinse. She talked to me through the entire procedure, telling me in detail what she was doing, but mostly to Ensure I was comfortable and wasn't in pain. I'm highly impressed with Vivian's work. I have been coming to this lash studio for a while now and absolutely love it. I get my lashes lifted and tinted since my lashes are pretty straight but they are long. I've gotten different people to do my lashes but today I had Ashley do them. She did an amazing job, she was so gentle and told me if I was going to feel more pressure. In the past when I've gone a couple of my outer corner lashes have been left out and remained straight but she was so good at making sure they were all being lifted. Thank you Ashley! read more

Never ever even considered doing anything to my lashes. Went in and got a lash lift and I am so satisfied with the results. They look gorgeous! No one would ever notice my lashes unless I put mascara on, but now everyone can tell I have done something to it and that it looks amazing. I went in for my appointment on Saturday, December 12, 2020 for micro-blading. I had good service during my appointment. At the beginning of my session I had shown my technician Vivian images of what I wanted. She confirmed that the style i wanted was doable. At the end of the session, when i saw the finished product I was unable to see the final outcome due to the redness and swelling from the procedure. So I decided to wait for them to heal. Once they healed, I was very upset and disappointed with how they turned out. I contacted my technician to express my concern. I politely asked for a discount since I had already paid $350 for one session. Her response for that was to come in for a second session and pay $100 and she would do my eyebrows to my liking, which to me seems extremely unfair, and unreasonable since i was already unsatisfied with the first session. I had seen so many great reviews of this place, but after this experience I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! read more

I've never had lash extensions before, until I went to K Lash Studio on a whim. And I do mean whim, as in, I was in the parking lot an hour in advance and thought, 'Man, I need to do something really different today.' Different and dramatic! I have never been so enamored with my look as I am now. I can't remember the lovely technician that did my lashes, but she was so gentle, and explained what she was doing every step of the way. And holy moly! While I was a little taken aback initially, I was in love with them in a few hours time. Let's be clear, extensions are not cheap, for good extensions anyway. However, the price at K Lash was fantastic. Not only was the price right, but the job was done so well. I got compliments on them from the get go, and even my wax lady who does lash extensions in San Francisco said that the lashes looked SO GOOD four weeks later when I got home. They do not skimp on taking their time, applying the lashes right, and going for a really substantial set. I'm totally addicted, and for the first time in a long time, do not feel compelled to wear ANY makeup at all during the day. The look is so amazing, that I don't care to even wear lipgloss. I been there for couples time already, doing my hybrid volume refill by professional stylist Tina. She always did a great job on my eyelashes extensions , my eyes is very sensitive, and she noticed it while doing my lashes, she quickly changed it to the sensitive glue and make a note for next time refill. My customer service experience here was worth writing a review so one no else has to endure the torture I experienced with lash tech Nina. I called for a same day appointment and my regular tech Marie who is so Amazing was not available so I decided to give the new tech Nina a try.That was the Absolute Worst decision ever! My eyes tingled which was my first indication that something was majorly wrong! After a little more tingle and burning the tech says she was trying to remove several lashes glued to my bottom eye lid! How did it happen? I'm not sure? So I called out for help! Imgaine your eyes filled with glue and your helpless. That was me! It was an awful process! But the worst part is that Vivian's only resolve was to offer a 10% discount and for me to return on a later date to repair my lashes. My eyes were red and swollen and Vivian's response "They look good to me"! Talk about adding insult to injury. Well, I graciously declined to return to an environment where the customer's safety is not First priority. read more

It was my first time doing a lash lift and my experience here was nice and relaxing. A friend recommended this place so I went ahead and booked my appointment the morning of via their website and it was really easy. Vivian was my tech and she made me feel comfortable by explaining what she was going to do and would frequently ask if I was doing ok throughout the whole process. I especially appreciated her input when she told me she doesn't think I needed a lash tint when I asked her opinion; I feel like most places would try to get you to spend money on unnecessary add ons, so thank you, Vivian, for your honesty! Overall, I enjoyed my first lash lift experience and I'd come back here again! read more

The middle of my forehead froze totally and I wound up with Spock eyebrows. Had to go back in to try to fix it, which he overdid. For a week I had one frozen brow and one that moved, so I looked like a crazy person. It eventually almost evened out but now both eyes droop. This injector not only doesn't listen to his clients but also has an inflated sense of his abilities. He is too reckless to be working on people's faces. In addition, after my initial injection we had a consultation in which he recommended 8 syringes of filler to me, someone who has never had any filler at all. Eight! This business just wants your cash. I will obviously not be going back here.

Before I was even checked in, I waited several minutes behind another patient who was openly expressing dissatisfaction with her visit. When I was finally roomed, the assistant asked what brought me in--only to immediately tell me that only *two* concerns could be addressed during the visit. I understand the intent, but the delivery was dismissive and poorly communicated. A better approach would have been to ask me to prioritize my top two concerns, rather than shutting the conversation down before I could finish explaining. The visit continued downhill when the PA entered the room and immediately told me that the treatment plan I was requesting would be a "waste of time" and refused to order it, while insisting I continue medications I've been on for years that clearly are not working. From the moment I began speaking, she was shaking her head and preemptively dismissing what I was saying. It was unprofessional and frustrating. A treatment plan should be a partnership between patient and provider. While I understand providers have clinical judgment, dismissing a patient's concerns outright is not collaboration. When she said the treatment wouldn't be "worth it," I couldn't help but wonder--worth it to whom? I'm the one living with persistent acne and trying to find solutions beyond repeating the same ineffective approach. I chose to end the visit early and requested to speak with the office manager about a refund of my copay. The manager was not on site, and it took an additional 10-15 minutes--and me having to walk in the hall to request to speak to someone again--before a fill-in arrived. I've referred more than a dozen people to this practice over the years, but this was not an isolated incident. I've repeatedly experienced long wait times, dismissive staff, and poor communication. The fact that the waiting room used to be full and is now consistently empty speaks volumes. At this point, I've decided to move my care elsewhere. There are many dermatology practices that value respectful communication and work *with* patients to develop effective treatment plans.

When I tried to get another injection they said they won't do any more and the only option is to surgically remove it. Mind you, the surgery would likely leave a scar which would be fine on my arm but not the center of my face and there is a chance for infection when it comes to surgically removing cysts and that would cause even more scaring in the center of my face. I decided to get a second option at a place that I felt was more hip to cosmetic dermatology and my new provider said that's crazy that they would recommend someone in their 20s get that surgery on the middle of their face. She said we would continue the cortisone injections and likely the cyst would eventually stop popping up. She was correct - I did two or three more rounds of injections and the cyst hasn't surfaced in over a year. So glad I got a second opinion and didn't opt for the surgery in between my eyebrows! I also like at my new dermatologist you don't need to go in for a consultation and then book a separate appointment to get to cortisone injection, they are willing to do both on the same day to take care of the issue quicker.

During the consultation, Dr. Owen also asked if I thought I could get better. When I said I didn't know, she stated, "With that belief, you'll never heal." While I agree that mindset can support recovery, I do not believe that belief alone can cure a physical condition. This comment made me uncomfortable, as it seemed to suggest that healing depends on belief rather than evidence-based treatment for my condition. Overall, I was concerned about the lack of verifiable evidence for the therapy and the framing that healing depends on mindset. I would encourage anyone considering this type of treatment to ask detailed questions, request published evidence, and carefully research before proceeding. I wanted to believe. Maybe I'm a bit skeptical at this point in my journey?

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Vivian the Manager is so unprofessional when it comes to keeping her appointments. This location has more than enough excuses for their errors. My first visit I booked online. When I arrived I was told they online calendar made a error and they did not actually have a opening at that time and I would have to wait 2 hours! I had found a babysitter and made several arrangements to make that appointment. I waited a hour and half and was seen finally. Then they never had me sign the form before the services stating what to expect and the safety guidelines for people who have never had lashed before. After my appointment my eyes were red and burning during my service. When I left I was over charged and had to call to get a refund. They charged me full price on top of the deposit that's not refundable when they should have included the deposit in the total. So then I had to wait for a refund. When I called the girl did not even apologize and it seemed very odd how she didn't catch it and I had to call. My eyes were burning so bad for two days and were bloodshot. I called and complained to Vivian the Manager. I also mentioned to her about all the mistakes made during my first visit and how I was not impressed. She mentioned I could get a refill for free and she would do my services. She then mentioned the website doesn't always connect to their calendar at the spa. As the manager she should have that looked into so things like this do not happen. Considering I drove a long way for my appointment. She did call and check on my eyes later that day and that was the only reason i returned and gave this location another shot. But then A day before my next service I received a call late afternoon from the them stating Vivian needed to reschedule me because something came up. So again even though I had booked over two weeks in advance my appointment was not going to be good. I text Vivian and told her how upset I was because again I had a sitter and planned around my work schedule. After hearing how upset I was she said she could go ahead and see me. I arrived and everything went smooth and I did not have to pay anything. My refill appointment I made online again. But this time I called to verify the time was ACTUALLY AVAILABLE on their end with Vivian since the error my first visit. The girl confirmed it was and I was booked. AGAIN, the day before my appointment late afternoon with no heads up I received a email saying my appointment time was changed. Then a few moments later I received a second email saying my appointment was moved back to the original time. Then a hour later I received a call from the spa stating AGAIN Vivian had something come up and needed to reschedule me. Or they could put me with another technician. Vivian was aware that because of my red eye burning experience that she was the only technician I wanted to see. So I told them no and mentioned how unprofessional Vivian was about her schedule and it was unbelievable that every time I have made a appointment I have been asked to reschedule!! This would be the 3rd time by Vivian who let me remind you, is the Manager. The girl didn't not sound sympathetic at all nor did she apologize. She got rude and said " well Vivian's niece is having a baby so it's not like she doesn't have something going on." I mentioned to her that that was none of my business and that it wouldn't be such a big deal if she had not tried to reschedule me every time I had a appointment and since I had so many bad experiences. I told her I did not have time to keep rescheduling and making arrangements and that I would not be returning and how unprofessional they were. They girl said "ok" and not once apologized. She was very rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The owner really needs to find a more professional Manager to run her spa too. Vivian and the front desk girl are very unprofessional and the front desk girl makes too many mistakes and is rude. I have told several friends and family members who were going to go there for lashes and micro-blading to steer clear. Considering Viviana response to E Z below shows how unprofessional she is and how she has many excuses for their errors and bad customer service. Let's just say, I've tried numerous different eyelash places but this by far, has to be the best place I've visited with reasonable prices. I booked an appointment online (I don't think you NEED one) but I did just to be on the safe side. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted immediately by the receptionist. Soon after discussing what I had wanted and signed papers, she told me to have a seat as my stylist will be right out. Not even 5 minutes and I was already heading into the room to start. Ann did my lashes and I love them!! I told her how I wanted to do the volume set compared to classic. I was skeptical because my lashes are so short and thin that volume wouldn't even do justice. I was completely wrong. She did an amazing job. She finished a little over an hour but that's super fast for volume lashes. However, even though she finished fast, you can still tell the quality of her work is great so I will definitely be coming back and recommend her to anyone wanting to try them out. read more

One of the best lash studios I've ever been to. High quality for a good price. The minute I walked in I was warmly greeted and offered refreshments until my technician came. It's such a cute place and very clean. The staff is attentive and caring about all their clients and you can tell they use the best quality materials and are extremely qualified. I got mink lashes and the whole process was done quickly and efficiently. My technician explained the process for me before we began and they provided eye makeup remover just incase I had any excess mascarra on to ensure a perfect set. After we were done, she gave me a card with a list of after care for me to follow. She even sensed the confusion I was still feeling and patiently explained what to do and not do and that if i had anymore questions, I could call anytime during business hours. I am very particular when it comes to makeup and how my face looks, and this was my first time getting eyelash extensions. I was somewhat nervous because I knew nothing about lash extensions, but the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful. My technician was Symone, and she did an absolutely amazing job! I was extremely satisfied with her performance! My lashes look beautiful! Speaking of beautiful, the k lash studio has such a pretty interior with a nice area with free snacks and drinks for all the customers! The price was reasonable, but a little expensive for my budget. I paid $75 for the premium full set. Since I got their Christmas special, I will be paying only $25 (regularly $40) for the refill in two weeks, and I got five dollars off my full set with a check in coupon from Yelp. I definitely enjoyed my first experience getting eyelash extensions done and can't wait to see all the lovely ladies when I come back for my refill. read more

I had never been to K Lash before, but was not surprised with my fantastic experience. K Lash, as a company, values quality services for their clients. I was welcomed into the studio by the receptionist, Kris, who was very knowledgeable about the different styles, weights and lengths of the lashes and ensured that all of my questions were answered so that I left with exactly what I wanted. Sara, the stylist, was fantastic! She told me that she thought the size I had in mind would be a bit too heavy for my eyes, so she encouraged me to go down one thickness level. I'm so glad I listened to her! They look fantastic! She was quick yet meticulous and made sure the looked perfect before I left. She completed my set in about an hour and a 15 minutes and I could not have been happier with my experience! I will definitely be back. Thank you, K Lash Studio for another fantastic experience! This review is long over due. I've been a K Lash Studio customer for about two years now. First I would like to say that the actual establishment is clean and chic. When I walk in I immediately feel relaxed and welcomed. My lash technician Sara is not only professional but caring and sweet. Before finding her and K Lash I hopped around lash studios for three years trying to find the best lash tech. She is diligent and quick when applying lashes. She is very knowledgeable and not only makes me look glam but has been so gentle on my natural lashes. If you are hesitant on trying out K lash don't be... I've had a great experience these past to years even when Sara was booked and I had to try another lash tech due to time constraints. I am very glad to have finally found my go to lash place. In the last few years, I have lived in San Antonio, Austin & now Houston. And I am known to be very discerning. I like the natural look but also full without it being obvious they're extensions. I like to keep people guessing! I also have super straight lashes that can make it challenging for curled lashes to stay on. Upon my initial quest to find lash places in each of the former cities, it normally would take between 2 & 5 different places until I came upon a place that did a great job in appearance as well as lasting long. That wasn't the case this time. My first time at K lash studio, I was lucky enough to get Sara. Sara has been doing excellent work for me ever since. The K Lash Studio is such a delightful change from the regular lash spots i've been to. When I arrived I was greeted by a receptionist who was very welcoming and accommodating. The place was so clean and tastefully decorated. I was introduced to my lash stylist, MARY , then took me to her work station, where the real magic happens. Instead of just picking from A B or C style lashes, she really took the time to measure and figure out a style that works best for my eyes. We went for the Volume lashes and I am so happy that Mary customized a look for me. I dont need to wear makeup anymore. This lashes have really changed my look! I have received so many compliments! I have been wanting to get lash extension forever but just never did it. After researching and keep coming up with K Lash Studio and reading reviews about Vivian made me really wanted to do it. The place is 10 minutes from my house in Sugar Land, very convenient. Very clean, modern, relaxing, smells nice. Vivian is so sweet, professional, takes her time explaining to me what kind of lashes she'd use on mine. She'd stop every few minutes to ask if I'm ok. Make recommendation on how I should take care of my lashes, use serum, etc I've been coming there since Christmas, it's a very relaxing experience when I come. I look forward to it. This has been my go-to location to get my lashes done. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. My two favorite lash stylists so far are Vivian and Sara! They're the best! With that being said, they always give me good advice on the kind of lashes I should do and what the lashes are. The place itself is very clean and smells very nice, which can be a good first impression for someone who has never been. Aside from that, the price is a little bit up there but to be honest, it's worth it because you really get a lot out of what you paid for. I have only been here twice but I enjoyed both visit. Heard many good things about K Lash studio and so I came and returned a couple times during my long stay in Houston. Not only did I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere but Annie's outstanding customer services and performance also kept me from coming back. I highly recommend Annie if you were to go for quality eyelashes extensions coming from an organized, gentle, and thorough work. I took Annie's lashes caring tips (including light lashes maintenance every 2-4 weeks) so they maintained a good full look for up to 6-8 weeks depending (they lasted for 8 weeks when I came back to less-humid Oregon) Thanks Annie & K Lash for being a part of my highlights in Houston! read more

My first visit to K Lash Studio was great! This was my very first time coming here and also my very first time getting Lash extensions and I am very satisfied. The lady who did my extensions name was Linda and she was very nice, understanding, and quick. With it being my first time getting extensions, I was unsure about how I wanted them or the style I wanted, so I described to her the best way I could on how I wanted my lashes and she understood and gave me the exact results I was looking for in a timely manner. I highly recommend this lash studio. They have the most inviting waiting area that I could honestly hang out in all day, providing coffee or water or wine and snacks, amazingly comfy couch and decorations. The bathroom area is just as relaxing of a room, believe it or not! My lash tech, Vivian, is wonderful. She does an amazing job. My lashes lasted a good three weeks and honestly I could've waited longer for a refill but I'm about to leave on a trip and wanted them done before that. I went to this location never having a lash lift done, and now I don't think I can be without one! Super nice staff and very clean space- Having never had extensions or a lash lift before, I was nervous about having things so close around my eye, but my stylist made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The results were amazing! My lift lasted about 2 and half weeks, but I am pretty rough with my eye makeup and make-up removal so I'm sure it could have potentially lasted longer. I am currently going through chemotherapy for breast cancer. As a result, I have lost most of my eyelashes. The team at K Lash were wonderful, kind and supportive and made this difficult time so easy for me. Tina was fabulous and provided me with the best option for my unique situation. As I had so many lashes to add and putting on the full set took some time, she repeatedly asked me, "Are you okay?" Her care and sensitivity to my personal situation meant so much. I've been wanting to get lash extensions for some time now, but my work schedule doesn't allow me to pamper myself like I so deserve. I found them on Instagram and loved how natural their lashes looked. I stopped by on an off day and they were able to schedule an appointment for that day. Tina was so awesome. So it turns out I had an eye infection called blepharitis. It's basically due to build up oils in your eye, that being said it is VERY important to make sure your wash your eyes often. I know it's hard because we want to make those gorgeous lashes last!! But the infection was NOTHING to do with K Lash studios. If anything I was so appreciative of their concern and willingness to help fix the problem. Thank you!! I hope to be back at some point once my eye is fully healed lol. read more

This was my first time coming to K Lash Studio. Vivian was my lash technician and she was amazing! She sat down with me and went through options that would best suit what I wanted. She was patient and very accommodating (I am currently very pregnant lol). She made sure I was happy with the outcome which I was. The facility was clean and looked really nice. Came to K Lash after researching and reading their reviews. It is great decision I've made. MARY is my lash lady, she did great job. First, I tried the Natural lash full and i love it. and second time I decided to try Volume lash and in love with it. I dont need to make up much now.
