My first time getting lashes and it turned out perfect! So many compliments on how natural and pretty my lashes are. Even my son thought they were my real lashes. Several people asked for the name of the lash studio. It's been over 2 weeks and not many have fallen off. Will definitely return! read more

Lashes were absolutely ridiculous! I am a corporate America professional and I left there looking like a cheap stripper. The lashes were so long they touched my eyebrows. I didn't leave the house barely for two weeks and when I did I wore sun glasses. When I called to ask what could be done and to explain how unhappy I was, she explained to me that "ummm like reallly there's nothing we can do, until you comeback and get a refill, I mean they looked good to me" ... I hit the ceiling.... No apology, no nothing basically she told me oh well we got your money and come spend some more money with us we might be able to fix it. Never again! read more

Ashley did an amazing job and did exactly how I wanted my eyelashes. She is really good!

High quality lashes on a decent price range along with incredible customer service. I wasn't happy with my Siberian Mink lashes extensions, they offered a complimentary correction within 3 days to fix the issue right away. read more

Sarah is amazing and my lashes stay gorgeous for a long time! Just don't wait past 4 weeks for a refill!

Vivian is awesome! I needed to refresh my brow tatoo and she did a great job explaining the difference between ombré and micro blading - she also recommended the service she thought I would be most happy with based on my desire to have very natural looking brows. During the service she checked in with me frequently to be sure I was doing ok. I received detailed instructions and a care kit along with a hotline to call if I had any issues. BUT the best part about Vivian besides her focus on customer service is that she is MUCH MORE affordable than prices in town - for the SAME quality. She did a great job. I'm super happy with my brows! read more

I came here when this place just opened. For their grand opening, they offered 50% off your 1st set of lashes which is a pretty sweet deal. Theresa, my tech, was really helpful which I am so grateful for because it was my very 1st time and I had no idea what to expect. I felt so at ease that I think I even fell asleep. Maybe it was because of the spa music and the really comfy bed. Anyways, my lashes stayed on for a little over a month and it would have probably lasted longer if I didn't pull on them. The feeling of having lash extensions is amazing. You won't even feel the need to wear makeup because extensions are just that great. Go get them done, seriously. read more

My lashes came out absolutely gorgeous! My natural lashes are very short & wild and it feels great to be able to have natural looking lashes. Vivian did a wonderful job. The location was clean, peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely be returning read more

This is my very first time getting lash extensions. I found this business via yelp and noticed many people recommended Vivian. Decided to try it out and it didn't disappoint! The experience was wonderful--Vivian was extremely personable. She was very patient with me and explained all the different lash options available. I decided to go with the premium lashes. They turned out really natural, absolutely love it! read more

Amy is incredible at making my lashes look as natural as possible. The way I like it.I always do the full set mink lashes and she listens to everything I want. She tells me the different lengths she uses so if I ever want to adjust them it's easy. She's so polite and a joy to see and I'm always happy & satisfied when I leave. Thank you Amy! read more

The reason I went to this place is because I really need my eyelashes done and they were able to get me in same day. Once they were done with my first eye, another employee came in and told her something (in a different language) and when she started on the second eye I could tell she was rushing to get it done. Once I got home and really looked at the lashes, I realized that the eye that was rushed on looked patchy, and the lashes are all slanted. I paid 85$ for this "professional" job but my other girl is way better, cheaper, and looks fuller. Exactly one week after getting them done I had to go get a refill and my normal girl noticed that K Lashes put 2 different length extensions on each eye.... so the rushed eye is a lot longer than the eye that was done right. Next time I'll just wait to get them done where I normally go. Waste of money. read more

I am very particular when it comes to makeup and how my face looks, and this was my first time getting eyelash extensions. I was somewhat nervous because I knew nothing about lash extensions, but the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful. My technician was Symone, and she did an absolutely amazing job! I was extremely satisfied with her performance! My lashes look beautiful! Speaking of beautiful, the k lash studio has such a pretty interior with a nice area with free snacks and drinks for all the customers! The price was reasonable, but a little expensive for my budget. I paid $75 for the premium full set. Since I got their Christmas special, I will be paying only $25 (regularly $40) for the refill in two weeks, and I got five dollars off my full set with a check in coupon from Yelp. I definitely enjoyed my first experience getting eyelash extensions done and can't wait to see all the lovely ladies when I come back for my refill. Came back a second time and still happy with my service! Tina did an excellent job read more

This was my first time visiting this place as I was referred to by another customer and her lashes looked great, so I figured mine would be as well. Initially, I had booked this appt a few days before my wedding with Theresa. The day came to head to my appt and I received a call from the salon about 40 mins before my appt saying that I would need to reschedule for tomr since my tech was out sick. I was understanding bc these things happen. So the next day, I head to my appt. I knew my tech was still recovering from being sick bc you could hear the congestion in her voice. Even though she was well aware that she was sick, she did not wear anything to cover her mouth while applying the lashes. If you've ever gotten your lashes done, you know the the tech is right above your face. I thought that was completely unsanitary. Another thing to mention is that the tape that was applied to my eyelids were pressed on there so hard that when she went to remove it, it felt like she was ripping off my tender eyelid skin. I was left with red eyelids afterwards. My final gripe is that I was assured on the phone that I would be receiving a set of lightweight mink lashes for $75 as a first timers special, however, I didn't receive mink lashes at all, I received the normal artificial thick lashes. Had I known I would be receiving those, I wouldn't have traveled all the way from Sugarland from the Heights to get my lashes done. I was disappointed since I thought I'd be receiving lighter weight mink lashes for my wedding. Aside from those factors of my personal experience, the salon itself is very nice and clean. read more

I've been going to K Lash Studio for about 2 months now and over the weekend, I had a Premium Volume Refill done with Vivian. She did an AMAZING job! She took her time to explain each step to me as well as made sure to ask if I was okay throughout the appointment. K Lash Studio is really nice and they have an awesome staff. You can even book appointments via text, which I thought was great and very convenient for me. If you're looking for a new Lash Studio to go to in Sugar Land, I highly recommend K Lash Studio! read more

New ownership and new staff, first time here, beautiful location and decor. Vivian did my micro blading, very professional, no pain. She is the best, also did my eye lashes. I am coming back soon. read more

Sara, my tech, was attentive to the style I wanted. She gave me input without being pushy. I chose a premium style at first and was not, at all, trying to over charge me for a different style. I ended up choosing hybrid, and I'm so pleased with the way they turned out. Overall, my lashes are what I envisioned! read more

Extremely unhappy with my last visit. My first two visits were with Amy. She was great. I got the volume extensions ($120) This time, Amy wasn't available. When I asked when she would be available, I was told someone else can do it that same day. Unfortunately, I didn't get the volume lashes I wanted and the lashes were falling out within hours. I called to complain and asked to see my original lady Amy. The appointment was made for the next day, Monday. Once I arrived, Amy wasn't there and the tech that messed me up tried to "fix" it. Apparently Amy left early but I didn't receive any notification. I was told "I'm sorry" and I can come back on Friday, 4 days later. I'm livid and I'm out of $120 and all I got was a pathetic sorry. read more

Decided to try them out after reading the reviews on Yelp and I'm so happy i did! I had just left Amazing Lash Studio and was disappointed with how my refill turned out. They do a great job with application and I got the look I wanted but the glue they use must not be top quality. At the place I went to before moving to sugarland, I scheduled 3 week refills and even then I barely needed it. I've gone 13 days since my last fill at K Lash and my lashes are almost gone... I haven't done anything different so I'm very disappointed in the retention. read more

I've never had lash extensions before but I'm glad I was able to have my first experience here. It's appointment only and I was pleased to be able to schedule through their website as well as over the phone. The instructions are easy if you take the time to read them and everything is extremely straight forward which is exactly what I need. The actual location feels and smells clean and makes you feel welcome. The only thing that really gets me is the fact that they play the most relaxing piano music and it embarrassingly puts me to sleep (not necessarily a bad thing since I am relaxed to my fullest potential here) while Hannah (she's amazing and friendly btw even if her english isn't good, she makes you feel so welcome and taken care of) does her magic. The slots are usually an hour apart and i understand why bc Hannah likes to take her time to make sure that every lash looks perfect on me and tbh if I'm spending my money on something then i really appreciate the effort so I ALWAYS tip. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone trying some place new. read more
