I went to see Kelly to get eyelash extensions 3 times. I didn't have a great experience the first time but I needed an appointment last minute for a trip and everywhere else was booked up. They looked great this time and they were exactly what I had asked for, I left for my trip the next day, and the day after almost all of the lashes on one eye completely fell off. I hadn't used any oil on them, too hot of water or anything. I had to pay to get them fixed by someone else in the state I was in and she told me it looked like the glue wasn't applied properly as there was no glue residue left behind. I texted Kelly telling her what had happened when I got back and she told me to come in for a fix, i asked her when I could come in and she never responded. I just needed a little fill as I had just gotten them redone by the other woman. I texted Kelly again two weeks later asking if she saw my last message and saying that I would still like to come in and when she had openings. By then I needed a regular fill. She said my "lash fix grace period has passed, its now a full set". It was rude as usual but I loved the way they looked before they fell out so I went back in and told her I wanted them exactly the same as last time, the same thinness of the actual lashes. She charged me extra for the style, which wasn't volume, just having some lashes longer and some shorter. The lashes were so different from the time before, they were thick and painful. I told her they were not the same as before, I found a lash from before and compared it to one that I had then and the new was so much thicker. She sent back a rude message telling me I was wrong and she knows what she's doing. I never went back to her again and I would highly suggest no one else does. Her appointments always run late before as she schedules them close together so you'll sit there waiting for her. The space she's in isn't very nice either. She's unfriendly and takes pictures of you without asking which I found incredibly rude. She has used a picture of me on here which I did not give her permission to use OR TAKE. Incredibly inappropriate. She sticks the tape with the lashes on it onto your forehead because it's convenient for her, rather than sticking it to the back of her hand. The prices on the wall and on Groupon don't matter she tells you what you're paying and changes it whenever for any number of reasons. read more

After seeing the reviews for K Lash I booked a Saturday appointment with Kelly. I arrived at 2:20pm for my 2:30pm appointment but wasn't seen until 3:10pm, 40 minutes after my scheduled time. Kelly was quick with the install of my lashes, finishing in about an hour, and they looked great. Unfortunately they starting falling out by the next day with a third of the lashes on my left eye falling out, and half on my right eye. I've had lashes installed several times and know how to properly care for them; I've never had them fall out like this before. Furthermore, the cost was the most I've paid for lashes at $130. Best lash service I've had to date. Kelly was professional, kind, and really good at what she does. She asked me if I had sensitive eyes and let me know about the different kind of adhesives she could use. She also gave me good advice as to what to avoid re: steam with the adhesive she used on me. I've had lashes applied now 5 times and this by far shone as the 5-star example for how all visits should go. Usually the experience is kind of uncomfortable and they mat you have to lie on is flat. Kelly uses a reclining ultra cushioned chair - it was so comfortable I fell asleep while she was applying everything! The only uncomfortable part of the experience was the glue that always inevitably ends up in the eyes, but as a contact lens wearer my eyes were only mildly bothered. In no time at all the redness was gone. Everywhere else I've been my eyes are so irritated I have to remove the contact lenses. I highly recommend Kelly at K Lash & Spa! read more

Yes! Finally found this gem! Kelly is the definition of amazing customer service! I had tried a few lash places before I found Kelly. None compare! I went in with her Groupon full volume set! Now I go faithfully every 3 weeks. She is always on-time and awesome with responding quickly to emails/text/calls. I also purchased her mousturizer and am in LOVE. What can I say about this place?! I am absolutely in love with the work that Kelly does. She welcoming at all times. Each eyelash extension is selected with you in mind - whether you have a special event coming up, what you do professionally, etc. With a little information about you, she is able to make magic happen. For the amount of work and skill she puts into her work, he prices are extremely reasonable. She offers a comfortable space with free parking, but most importantly, she does ongoing education to perfect her skills ensuring her customers always get the best experience. As a newbie, I went here to try lashes and she was great at explaining how to make them last and properly care for them. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to. After 1.5 hours, I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. Best of all, they offer online scheduling so you can skip calling to find out their availability. After trying to contact them for over a year, I'd like to repost this review because the business owner still had not reached out to me. THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCLEAN. . My initial set was from 1:30-2:45 (an average time for a set) --- as always I start dozing off for a bit as the technician is applying them (it's hard not to) , then I'm startled by a bag crunching. She's EATING some sort of peanut while applying my lashes. Might I add--- I am pretty allergic to peanuts. I was so upset. Right after the appointment when she's separating the lashes that accidentally have been glued together, she pokes me in the eye, and has to rip apart a bunch of them. I didn't know why, until I got home. But before that, I looked in the mirror and didn't like how she did one in the corner of my eye, I asked her and she kind of just brushed it off since her other client was there. Me being stupid, I put too much trust in the lady and thinking she knows what she's doing. By the time I got to the car at least 5 lashes on each side have fallen out and going non stop... poking me in the eyes, getting stuck. Need I remind you it's not my first extension I've gotten. But the integrity of the glue was lacking. So, fast forward to when I get home, my lashes are still falling off, one lash felt so heavy that I literally felt it fall from my eye. The reason why it was heavy is because she glued 3 LASHES ON ONE LASH (pictured below). No wonder they're falling out left and right, they're so heavy. I have three layers of lashes, so it's not like she had to add volume by doing this very wrong method. My lashes are permanently destroyed from this though. Fast forward again to the fill, I had to cancel my first appointment due to an emergency so I rescheduled online immediately for the next day. I get there at 2:31 and she takes me to the seat promptly. WHAT I WAS PROMISED a 45 minute fill was only 15 MINUTES. I got out of the chair at 3:00. I should have had 15 more minutes with her. She already had another client waiting at 2:45 during my session. I don't know if the girl was extremely early, but she did sit with this woman after I was done. I felt both times I was very rushed and the finished product was sloppy the closer I looked. I prefer a gentle hand when someone is working near my face. It helps me stay calm. I am so very disappointed in this experience from her lash extensions though. I saw she had other services too but I don't know after the experience with lashes how those will turn out.. I ended up tipping her still, because that's the kind of person I am. However, I do want my money back. Not being granted the time I pay for, is a kick in the face. read more

I tried this place with Kelly on Thursday, and by Sunday morning, my lashes were all gone! I have had lashes many times, know about proper care, and feel that for the $130 upsale to get the "dramatic" look.... it only lasted 4 days and was a total waste. The chairs were very comfy, however the application process wasn't "smooth" as she had complication with the tape under my eyes, and ended up gluing my top and bottom lashes together on one side.... it wasn't a pleasant experience. Also note, she does glue clumps of lashes, up to 3 or 4 on one lash.... thus the reason why I believe it fell out so quickly, totally wrong way of putting on lashes. read more

I got my lashes done here a few days ago. I got the mink ones, and this is my first time with fake lashes. Although its only been a couple of days, I'm really happy with them! I'm getting compliments and some as far as "I thought those were your natural lashes!"
