I was aways impressed with the work she shared online. I too was nervous to have microblading done but after my first visit Jaqueline's expertise, confidence and deep knowledge put those feelings to ease. First round she went a little bit light (purposely). I loved the work she did but immediately knew I wanted a bolder and thicker look. To be honest I had a hard time being patient for the touch up and final look! The final touch results were amazing! It's crazy how natural they look. I am beyond happy with my beautiful brows. I love waking up and having brows. I don't even feel the need to add makeup at this point. I already made my appointment for next year and I can't wait to go back! Thank you! Jacqueline is professional, highly talented, extremely precise and fun to be a round! I wasn't sure if I want to go out and have a drink with her or get my eyebrows done again. LOL can't wait till next year very very happy with the end results!

I've gone to two other artists since 2016 and never got my brows as fluffy/bold or evenly shaped as I wanted. Jacqueline was referred to me by a close mutual friend and she exceeded my expectations. I was a bit nervous as I had some pigment issues (my brows always faded ashy/red) and scar tissue from previous artists. She was honest about what she could do over the previous work, but she's also incredibly talented. I can't even believe how amazing my brows look; they're finally what I've wanted all these years! Ladies, do yourself a favor and book your appointment. Don't be an idiot and go anywhere else first like I did. The Permanent Appeal studio is super clean and comfortable and Jacqueline is a gem to chat with.

I am so happy with the treatments of cool sculpting. It works and it has (with my dieting changes)…read morealleviated my back pain, my clothes fit better, and most importantly, has helped my confidence. Thank you for making it possible to feel better about myself. The actual treatments were explained well and the gentleness of the practitioners made me feel cared for. My pain threshold lowered as weight dropped off and I could feel the cold more during that time. However, I am happy with the results after the treatments, especially around the bra fat area and flanks. Kellie is a great aesthetician who is caring and patient. I plan on returning to the office for Botox treatments in the future. Virginia Fountain

Absolutely do not come here for CoolSculpting…read more I paid approximately $3,000 for CoolSculpting here and have been deeply unhappy with both the results and my experience with the business. I felt strongly pressured into moving forward with the procedure, including being repeatedly contacted and pushed to put down a deposit and schedule treatment. Looking back, I feel the sales process was predatory, especially given the amount of money involved. The treatment itself did not produce the results I was expecting. In fact, over the years I began noticing that the areas treated, particularly my stomach, seemed increasingly resistant to weight loss and appeared more swollen even when I was losing weight elsewhere. I now suspect I may have developed paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH), a known potential complication of CoolSculpting, and I am going to see a doctor to have this evaluated. I want to be clear that I have not yet received a medical diagnosis, so I am not claiming that CoolSculpting definitively caused what I am experiencing. However, this is a serious enough concern that I now have to seek medical evaluation and potentially treatment years after the procedure. Because CoolSculpting is an elective cosmetic procedure, I also expect that the medical evaluation and any treatment related to a potential complication may have to come out of my own pocket rather than being covered by insurance. That means I could end up paying significantly more money to address a problem I believe may have resulted from a procedure I already paid thousands of dollars for. When I contacted the business about a refund, I was told that too much time had passed and that I had not returned for my three-month "follow-up." My understanding at the time was that this appointment was related to potential additional treatment, rather than being presented to me as a formal evaluation of whether I was satisfied with my original results. I was already unhappy with the results and did not want to feel pressured into spending even more money. I was also told that complications such as PAH were extremely rare. I now know that it is a recognized complication of CoolSculpting, which has made me question how the risks were communicated to me before I agreed to the procedure. I regret spending approximately $3,000 on this treatment, especially given the possibility that I may now have additional medical expenses to determine what is happening and how to address it. I am sharing my experience because I would want to know this before spending thousands of dollars on an elective procedure. Do your research, understand the potential risks, and make sure you fully understand what follow-up appointments actually involve before committing to treatment.

If I could give Whitney ALL my money, I would. And that's what I've been doing since last year when…read moreI first got my brows microbladed by her. She was highly recommended by my hairstylist, who I trust, and when I saw photos of her work, I was sold. I have gotten my brows microbladed twice before already: The first time was by a downtown Seattle artist I would never return to, the second time elsewhere was somewhat decent but not quite what I had in mind, the third time with Whitney was hands down the best and exactly what I was going for: natural hair strokes and fluffy brows. I don't have to draw them in anymore as I did with my previous microblades, but I do like to apply some brow gel/serum to give them that freshly laminated look. I can't wait to get them redone every 2 years. I'll never let anyone else touch my brows ever again. And then I got addicted and got my hairline microbladed, my scalp microbladed, my eyeliner done, and next? Well, the only thing left to do now are my lips, which I have scheduled of course, and I know she's going to kill it. Whitney definitely has an eye for beauty and detail. On the one hand, she is quick and skillful. On the other hand, she is careful and meticulous in what she does and wants the best for her clients. I appreciate that she pays attention, asks questions, and works with you to achieve the desired results. These are not completely painless, painfree procedures, but thank goodness Whitney is patient when I'm squirming more than I mean to. I also have so much fun talking with her about anything and everything and always look forward to seeing her pretty face and making me pretty in the process too~

I had my brows previously microbladed, and she has taken them to a whole new level. She truly understands what it means to create an eyebrow, bone structure and shape. And while the overall look was initially fine, the lashes were very uncomfortable. In the past I have had individual lashes glued on. What she did was in sets, just like doing your own fake lashes, and was glued on with thick glue that was sharp and very uncomfortable. She would then cut the bunches of lashes apart with little scissors. You could clearly see where the lashes were glued on. The whole process took about 45 minutes. Ultimately after an uncomfortable 10 days the hardened glue came loose taking my real lashes with them. I would not recommend.

Another time she told me she couldn't adjust my appointment by a half hour but when I got there, I had to wait in the lobby for 25 minutes. I hate the smell of her glue. It smells exactly like the cheap super glue used on acrylic nails and makes my throat hurt by the end of the appointment. I have been to other eyelash technicians in the past but they've never had smelly glue. They also used black glue while the glue that Olive uses is clear, another reason I think it's just super glue. Additionally I have never been pinched on my eyelid before coming here. It happens about twice each session (4 times last appointment) with tweezers and really hurts. Yes, she is nice, incredibly fast and affordable but it's not worth the time waiting, the painful pinches or the questionable glue.
