First, keep in mind that it's no longer actually open 24 hours like it was pre-COVID -- they're currently closed from 11pm to 5am (all week except for holidays). Regardless, the hours are still pretty generous and workable for most schedules. One thing I really like about this location is the variety: There are plenty of workout options and a good range of equipment. The layout is easy to navigate, with strength training on the left and cardio on the right when you walk in. They also have a lot of amenities: a small shop in front for protein shakes and supplements, locker rooms with showers, a basketball court, sauna, steam room, pool, and hot tub. They also offer classes and personal training. I'm an introvert, so I appreciated being able to sign up online without needing to sit down and meet with a staff member. The general gym culture here is also a plus -- most people are respectful and keep to themselves, which makes it easy to focus on your workout. Staff, when present, are friendly enough, though the front desk is not always staffed and entry feels a bit lax since you mostly just scan to check in and walk in. A positive for me has been the yoga classes with Cheryl -- they've helped my body tremendously. I've noticed fewer aches and a big improvement in flexibility since attending regularly. The main reason for my 3-star rating is maintenance and cleanliness. Equipment upkeep can be inconsistent. I've had multiple workouts where I had to try several ellipticals or StairMasters before finding one that actually worked -- screens not turning on, controls not responding, or parts missing or worn. Cleanliness can also be hit or miss, with occasional trash left on the floors. Overall, it's a solid gym with great amenities and class offerings, but better equipment maintenance and more consistent cleaning would really improve the experience.

There's a liquor store next door that attracts questionable activity, and there are frequently homeless individuals in and around the parking lot. On one occasion, I parked and found two people hiding behind a car using drugs and asking me for money. I reported this to the 24 Hour Fitness staff, but they said there was nothing they could do. That response was frustrating--drug use directly outside the entrance should be addressed, and staff could at least contact the non-emergency line for assistance. The lack of concern from management was especially disappointing. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The facility is poorly maintained. Trash often sits on the floor for days, and the bathrooms are about as clean as a gas station. The overall upkeep of the gym feels neglected. Pool & Health Concerns: Avoid the pools entirely. They were closed for weeks due to contaminated water, and the health department shut down all swimming. This points to serious lapses in routine maintenance and care. Equipment: Machines break down frequently, which is somewhat expected at a budget gym. However, the repair turnaround is unacceptable--often taking over a month to fix equipment. Overall Impression: I mainly use the weights and treadmill, which is the only reason I continue going. That said, if I were a young woman, I would not feel safe in the parking lot after dark. The area is filled with people loitering, selling drugs, and hanging around the nearby liquor store. Overall, you get what you pay for--but the lack of cleanliness, safety concerns, and poor management response make this gym hard to recommend.

This allows me the time to get a good uninterrupted workout in while knowing she is having a great time. I am truly so grateful to have the space and peace of mind. I also love a couple of the class instructors (Christine? yoga, and a cycle instructor). Was hesitant at first because of the gym feel and demographic, but I feel right at home and have had uplifting and meaningful experiences along with great workouts in these classes. I usually can find what I'm needing for my workouts as well but depends on time of day of course. I wish childcare was available midday for this reason. Locker rooms are always clean and stocked. Cons(ish): Wish the cafeteria was more of a thing. That would be a huge perk. I also wish the outdoor weight area was cleaned up and covered. I hate how crowded the indoor weight area is and this feels like it would be a nice option if there was upkeep. I feel like these things should be included in the cost so hopefully that is on the docket for an upgrade soon.

Every time we made an appt. with one of the instructors they cancelled us. When we took this up with management the woman was very rude when we said we felt "unwelcome"-especially after she did such a great sales job. The whole facility is over utilized and has become a hang out for kids. We were always waiting to use the machines and equipment. It is a beautiful property. The front staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The parking is limited due to the number of people who use this "club".
