I have an electric wheelchair and a manual wheelchair a few weeks ago the back wheel on my manual wheel Wheelchair fell apart. The rubber came off and the ball bearing were not in the best shape. I spent well over a week trying to find a supplier that had a replacement wheel for this wheelchair, I finally came across pomona medical supply. I gave them the serial number of My Wheelchair and the brand. They had an extra wheel that would fit My Wheelchair! We delivered the wheelchair to their office and within 40 minutes. They had replaced the wheel given all four wheels a little bit of a tuneup and sent me home with it! The staff was very nice. They charged me $110 for the new wheel which is on point with what every other Supplier I talk to you told me the wheel would cost. I highly recommend this business. They are in a bit of a dodgy area so be sure you lock your car before you go inside lol overall I give this business a 10 out of 10 I am very grateful that they were able to meet my needs While I am mostly dependent on my electric wheelchair. I was the one communicating with the owner, Doug, during the visit and he even texted me the receipt directly while I was standing there in the store. Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. I'm still getting SPAM every day to order supplies for the device, even though I'm not even eligible for 3 months, and the company procedures need to deal WAY better for a misdelivered device (They actually wanted me to supply them with a picture of my front door!). (Hint: Pretty much looks like it was misdelivered? Send another right away. Research the problem on your own time.) - Update to my update! Got called by [Name Withheld] about my issues using the machine. Cold as ice. Hadn't even read what I had reported, so I consequently had to go over everything again and had to shoot down all her stock answers one by one. She was obviously calling me over her cell phone from her car, because of the noise and her voice kept cutting out. Her main goal seemed to get me the hell off the phone. Her final answer was for me to contact my doctor and get him to submit a prescription to adjust the settings on my machine. I won't bore you with the details, but let me assure you that the odds of this being correct are slim ... and none. I've lowered my rating as a result.

Anyway, since the procedure in November, he has had swelling in the affected knee. His physical therapist recommended that he ask for full compression stockings for night and day. We came and met with Aaron who was so very kind, attentive, and respectful to me and my husband. He measured my husband and ordered the full compression stockings. Today, we picked up the full compression stockings and Aaron spent a great deal of time explaining how to use the night and day ones. He even allowed me to videotape him so my husband could go back to the review the videos, if needed. He showed my husband how to use the more difficult day time stockings on one leg and had my husband do the other leg. Aaron explained so well that my husband was quickly up to speed. I wanted to replace the old hospital bed that I had rented sight-unseen. It did not work out for what I needed for my mom. I was greeted at the showroom and very patiently shown the options within my budget. I chose a bed and asked when it could be delivered so I could have the other company come to remove their bed. Ray gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him when I was ready-- the same day or next morning which was Thanksgiving Day. Ray was very nice, patient, and personable. When I called him from the hospital with my mom's same day discharge plans, he said, "We'll load it up right now and meet you at your place." These folks are REAL people with REAL feelings for my very real situation. They were even having a company holiday barbecue when all of this went down and they invited me to share some of their food. Chrisland's crew not only delivered the bed on the evening before Thanksgiving Day, but they disassembled the old rental bed and stored it on the porch for pickup by the other company that couldn't pick it up till after the holiday weekend. I wish I could remember the young man's name who headed the delivery crew. He was polite, patient, and compassionate in explaining and providing tips on how to utilize the bed's features. My mom is active in the hospital bed, and I have to keep a very close eye on her. The bed alarm is perfect. Whenever she shifts her weight on the bed, the alarm sounds and I can check on her. I have to weigh her for record-keeping purposes since she's also newly on a G-tube, and the bed scale is also perfect. I can raise the bed up to tend to my mom without bending or leaning. The bed even tilts the head at a downward angle to make repositioning my mom so much easier when I have to slide her back up to the head of the bed. Needing a bed for my mom was stressful enough. Chrisland helped make it bearable! I highly recommend Chrisland Medical Inc to anyone who needs a hospital bed. I got exactly what I wanted, and Chrisland's customer service was STELLAR!
