I was in town and needed a Brazilian wax and saw that she uses high quality wax with an oil base and let me tell you... it makes a world of a difference. I can tolerate a normal Brazilian as far as pain goes but I did not even flinch with Maria. Not only does she use the highest quality of hard wax, but her attention to detail is truly unmatched. So many times I have gone to other places and have found many hairs were left behind, but Maria makes sure to get every single hair, and the entire hair follicle at that. She showed me the wax after removing hair and the bulbs were there on every follicle. I have been to many great waxers and Maria is the best by far. Do not look any further if you are in need of a waxing service! Especially a Brazilian. I have had no irritation and my skin was left buttery soft after. So thankful I found her!!

However, since the Pine Ridge location closed, this place has become a disaster. At my last appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes just to be seen. The wax was extremely hot when applied to my skin--it almost burned me--simply because they are rushing from one client to the next, trying to serve everyone at a single location now. Even after you book and confirm an appointment, they'll call to cancel--either because the person you were scheduled with has left or because they need to re-schedule your appointment, and they call the day before your appointment. And the person making the calls doesn't seem to realize that if there are no clients, she doesn't get paid; her attitude on the phone suggests she couldn't care less whether you show up or not--it makes no difference to her. Anyway, I wanted to let you know that my entire office used to go to this location, but none of us will be going back.

I had never had a facial before and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Well, my daughter finally made the appointment for me, and I went in feeling a little apprehensive, but that feeling quickly melted away. Jenny made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I decided to trust her guidance and went with the microdermabrasion, and I am still in awe of both the results and the entire experience. It was pure relaxation, truly a zen-like escape. I could have easily fallen asleep! My skin feels amazing, and I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone. Now I can't stop smiling when I think about how hesitant I was at first, I am absolutely hooked! This turned out to be such a thoughtful and wonderful gift, and Jenny made it unforgettable. I had the worst waxing experience at European Wax Center in Naples today. My esthetician, Neomi,…read morewas not only rude and unprofessional but also made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my Brazilian wax. She behaved as if she had never seen pubic hair before--something completely unacceptable in this profession. The wax was messy, poorly applied, and rushed--she didn't even let it set before trying to pull it off, leaving hairs behind. I'm still in pain and sore from the experience. Despite being very flexible (I've been waxing for over 25 years and am a yoga teacher), she kept making unnecessary comments about my positioning. At one point, my knee lightly touched her belly, and she actually accused me of kicking her, which was beyond bizarre and very concerning that she would just lie like that and with no shame. I don't understand how European Wax Center continues to employ someone with such a poor attitude and lack of skill. I highly recommend avoiding Neomi at all costs! She's a liability for EWC and will never be back there.

Scheduling is really good (I love that they send you lots of reminders) and the facility is pleasant but it's not worth being talked to and treated in a way that makes you feel physically and mentally uncomfortable 30% of the time. It had all the makings to be a 5 star experience, but the in-person part was not good. If you don't care about how nice the estheticians are and prioritize speed and efficiency you should book with Jackie. But it was just too aggressive and rude for me.
