Especially for the price. Was already in the car test driving it when the owner had called to talk to me about my interest in it. I was impressed. Very impressed. They know these cars. This thing was clean. Very well maintained. 3 owners. Clean car fax. In fact all service was done by Harris, Hendricks Audi, and Hendricks Porsche. I will highly recommend. These guys weren't pressuring me to buy, nor were they trying to get me to spend even more. Simple, easy. Friendly Service. Seriously, without question I will consider these guys next time I want another car. Ask for Stephen, he will get you right! PS. The price I paid almost feels like I robbed these guys. I can say that since I have the car now! Seriously! Great prices! Check em out.

He assured me it was a great vehicle. I made the commitment to buy it, so I flew from Madison, WI to Charlotte. Amin picked me up at the airport and the car did not disappoint! The transaction went smooth and I was off driving the GLS550 back to WI, a 13hr trek! I was a bit nervous about a potential breakdown, but to my pleasant surprise it performed very well. There was a brake shimmy so I called Amin about it and he made it right with me and I am a happy camper with this 2018 GLS 550 ! Thank you Amin for making this a very pleasant experience and I do recommend checking out their inventory, or let him know what you want to buy. My wife and I purchased a Toyota Highlander for our daughter from Palace Auto Sales. After a few…read moredays , we found out there was a serious steering safety issue with the car. The repair cost over $2000. You can imagine the anger we had about this, over a newly purchased car. In a fit of rage I posted several negative reviews about Palace. Isaac the owner saw these and contacted my wife immediately. Isaac asked us about the issue, and we we explained it to him, he asked that we allow him to make it right. Isaac bought back the Highlander for the original cost we paid. Although he could not refund the money we had spent on steering and tires, he immediately offered us $3000 credit off any car on the lot. When we found one we liked, Isaac insisted we take it to our mechanic and have it verified. When our mechanic identified some maintenance issues (brakes pads and rotors) Isaac had these fixed for no charge. Isaac made every effort to rectify our original problem and find a way to make my wife and I happy. Although we ended up spending a little more than we planned, I think we got a great deal on a very good car. Although I expected a battle, Isaac came through with grace and professionalism. I recommend Palace. Do your homework, be diligent about the car you find , however you can expect Isaac to deal fairly with you to win your future business.
