My issue with this is that he insisted on touching a very recent injury, despite me never mentioning it in the appointment booking email. I only ever mentioned the injury for him to avoid it, not for him to push his entire body weight on it and misdiagnose my injury. And on top of that, they don't even have the decency to return my calls and messages, even after asking for a refund ten days ago.
