I would not recommend The Joint Chiropractic based on my experience…read more The membership sounds appealing at first, but it quickly became one of the most frustrating parts of the entire experience. The monthly plan is expensive for what you actually receive, and their billing practices have been unacceptable in my case. Last month alone, they charged my debit card five separate times to collect their fees all at once. After paying well over $250, I had only been seen twice. To make matters worse, when I went in for my appointment today, the receptionist immediately told me I still owed a balance. There was no effort to understand what had happened with the multiple charges or to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was met with a smug, dismissive attitude that made it clear customer service wasn't a priority. At that point, I told them to cancel every plan associated with my account. If I'm paying hundreds of dollars, I expect transparent billing, respectful treatment, and employees who are interested in helping customers rather than making them feel like they're the problem. There are too many chiropractors who value their patients to continue doing business with a company that operates this way. I won't be returning, and I encourage anyone considering a membership to read the fine print and understand exactly what they're signing up for before handing over their debit card.

I've seen Dr. Patel for over three years and have received amazing care! I started seeing Allana…read morefor regular chiropractic maintenance and cupping to help with soreness from working out and she helped keep my body strong. She also started helping me manage my thyroid so that I can switch a Stand Process natural supplement to help support it. I've always struggled with hypothyroidism and through lab draws and muscle testing I've been able to manage it. Then a little over two years ago I started showing symptoms of a severe autoimmune disease and she has worked closely with me throughout the whole journey of trying to heal. Without her help I would have remained so sick but through her assistance, referrals, and treatments I have been improving and becoming more educated in ways to care for my body! Since all of that I have now been able to stop taking my thyroid supplement because my body is able to regulate it on its own. And I have had a baby and we have brought him to Wisdom & Truth Wellness for all of his chiropractic care since birth! We are super thankful to have a holistic practitioner that helps our family navigate health and wellness!

I had my neck and shoulders done and I really enjoyed it. I really loved Dr. Allana's communication and attitude. She made me really comfortable and confident about what was going on. I can't wait to go back again!!! I feel really great about trusting her with my health. I know sometimes it can be hard to know who is a good chiropractor and who is a little wacky- but this place is legit! I cannot wait to continue using her for care and I am confident that there will be serious increases to my health and overall wellness!!! It's so nice to finally find a place in town that I feel confident referring my friends and family to.

I received a massage from Keith at 5 PM Monday afternoon…read more I was diagnosed by a well-regarded hand specialist with carpal tunnel after doing multiple tests. I wrote down that Information on my forms, but he insisted that I didn't have carpal tunnel and instead thoracic outlet syndrome. I requested on the forms to massage from the fingertips upwards towards my neck because of this (for CTS you are NEVER supposed to massage down the arm/hand/fingers), but he began massaging my arm the opposite way. Then I verbally asked him to massage the other way and he did without hesitation, but he still did my fingers the wrong way. At this point I had already asked twice, so I just let him massage how wanted. Keith made several remarks suggesting that he knew anatomy of the arm better than doctors, which is why they mis-diagnosed me. But he also didn't know where the rotator cuff was located, which threw me off right away - considering I've had a rotator cuff injury previously and have done a lot of massage and physical therapy; I know very well where my rotator cuff is located. My wrists hurt much more than when I came in. Instead of massaging as requested, considering my carpal tunnel, he massaged based off of his own personal diagnosis. I truly believe he irritated my wrists worse than they were when I came in. In addition to his unprofessionalism and arrogance, as far as the massage, he spent most of his time on the right side of my body and neglected the left side. When I flipped over to face the ceiling, he breathed somewhat heavily towards my face, and I couldn't relax due to the odor of his breath. I didn't say anything during the massage, because I am not a confrontational person, and I also didn't feel the increased pain until after the session ended. I still tipped 20%, because I believe he had good intentions. But the massage fell very short from satisfactory, and he should be made aware of this. When I contacted them to speak about it, the receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
