I ran out of water and my caretaker couldn't figure out why. I was out of town but called them on a Saturday. He asked if I wanted them to come out Monday or on Saturday. I said Monday was fine and he said they were in the area and could come out in an hour and a half, so I said ok. He never said there would be an extra charge. My ranch caretaker said they were there less than 30 minutes and flipped a breaker that was out in the field by the well head. That was all. Bill was $300. When I questioned it, he said $150 for a Saturday call and $150 per hour and said he was sorry he didn't tell me it was extra for Saturday. Total rip off! I will never use them again. By the way, they also bought Whittingdon's drilling.

I have had them out twice to work on our water system. Had an issue with the well. Even though it was not an emergency Tom inspected it the same day I called and had it fixed two days later. He walked me through the issue, explaining in detail how the well worked and what was needed. Next I discovered several leaks at the garden hose bibs. I called on a Saturday, Tom and Billy had someone out on Monday. Fred was great and had it all done in less than two hours. He too walked me through how the well works, found another leak in the drain valve in the pump house and fixed that too. He had all the parts he needed with him, hence no delays! I asked for some documentation backing up what I'd just been told and I was sent a report, made by Tanko, from 1998, for which they charged me $75. I wrote back saying that the report didn't assuage my concern about my water level as of today, and would still like it tested, and no one ever responded.
