Authentic Korean foods made by friendly Korean ladies. It's small but cozy. 된장찌개가 맛있습니다. 다른 음식들도 하나둘 먹어볼 예정입니다.

This place is the real deal -- authentic Korean BBQ done right, and easily my favorite Korean BBQ…read morespot around. First things first: don't let any older reviews sway you. The restaurant changed ownership about a year ago, and the new owner has clearly put his heart into making this place exceptional. He checked in with us multiple times throughout our meal and even came out to chat with us afterward to make sure we were happy. That kind of personal touch is rare and genuinely appreciated. The menu has something for everyone -- individual dishes, hot pots, and unlimited meat BBQ. The rotating vegetable banchan is a standout; they use whatever is fresh at the time, so it changes regularly and always feels thoughtful. The unlimited sides like chicken wings, rice cakes, cheese corn, and dumplings are all fantastic and kept us coming back for more. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive throughout -- you never feel like you're waiting or forgotten. If you've been on the fence or written this place off based on old reviews, give it a fresh shot. You won't regret it!

It was deceptively more food than it looked like. The Tteokbokki were too soft for me but had a good flavor, and my partner liked them too. The service was great (4.5/5); they were very attentive and friendly. The interior of the restaurant is clean and nice (4/5). We are excited to go back and try more dishes!

I've tried the Tonkotsu Kamikaze, which has a nice kick of spice and an incredibly flavorful broth. The chashu pork is always moist and perfectly cooked, and the egg is one of my favorite toppings. It's just delicious. I've also tried the Tonkotsu Black, which uses a black garlic oil to give the broth a unique and delicious twist. It's not spicy, just rich and flavorful in a different way, and honestly, I can't choose between the two. They're both fantastic depending on whether you're in the mood for a bit of heat or not. On the sushi burrito side, the Dancing Sushi Burrito is a must-try. It's basically a giant sushi roll loaded with tuna, shrimp tempura, salmon, cream cheese, lettuce, cucumber, avocado, edamame, wasabi sauce, and eel sauce. It might sound a bit unusual, but it's absolutely delicious. Once I realized it wasn't actually wrapped in a tortilla like a normal burrito, I was all in, and I can't recommend it enough. I always make my ramen a combo so I can add either the chicken karaage or the fried pork gyoza. Both are fantastic. The karaage is super crispy with a great dipping sauce, and the gyoza comes with a unique and delicious sauce I've never had anywhere else. If you go with someone, I'd suggest getting both and trying each other's sauces because they're both so good. Service is often very good as well. The servers are incredibly kind and attentive. We've never had any issues. In fact, they've recognized us as regulars on a few visits and even thanked us for coming in, which was a really nice and personal touch. Overall, Zen Ramen and Sushi Burrito is a place we keep coming back to for good reason. Great food, plenty of flavorful options, and definitely worth a visit!

I have been visiting this restaurant for years, back when they first opened in Kennesaw and were…read morenamed Seoul Food. For a long time, they were my go-to when I was craving Korean food. They had a deal for $5 for 5 sides where you could get a whole trayful of tteokbokki and a good deal on their "Seoul bowl" which was a meat, 2 dumplings and a side. I understand that the economy has changed a lot in the recent years so they could not maintain their prices. However, I found that the quality of food was also declining while prices continued to rise. This last time I visited, I got the kimbap and bowl (pork bulgogi and japchae). This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. The kimball was falling apart, so much that it was difficult to eat. When you went to take a bite, all of the contents fell out. The bulgogi and dumplings were fine but the japchae was very bad. Like I said, I've been coming here for years and I have *never* seen the japchae look like this. It was dark and chewy like rubber. It was so bad that I couldn't even finish half of the side before I called it quits. I did reach out to the restaurant soon after and they were very apologetic and offered a refund. I am just disappointed that one of my favorite restaurants is changing so much. Additionally, they updated the menu recently and took off some items that I previously enjoyed (like the potato tornado). Most of all, I am disappointed in the tteokbokki deal. It is now $2.50 for 4 rice cakes (you can count them in the container). And I am also sad that the japchae wasn't good as this was my go-to place for Korean japchae cravings.

My broccoli was fridge cold, which is common in this establishments. They also have Gimbap, which I used to joke around are korean sushi rolls. The quality of the meat is decent, though not always as tender or flavorful as you'd expect from a traditional Korean BBQ spot. Some of the marinades are good, but others feel a bit bland or lacking in depth. The side dishes (banchan) are a nice touch, but they can be hit-or-miss in terms of freshness and flavor. Overall in all, KPop BBQ To Go is a solid option if you're craving Korean BBQ and need something quick.

We decided to forgo our regular spot and opted to drive a little further to Iron Age. First of all the place is beautiful! I love the lighting and vibe. It serves the experience you want at the time, dressed up and dressed down. Great date night but just fine for just a fun night out. We were greeted immediately on a Friday night and were seated immediately. Our server was super nice and made sure we knew what we were doing. There are Plenty of meat options to choose from and the sides looked amazing! We opted for the Steak and Bulgogi as our first 2 meat choices with salad and rice cakes, kimchi, white rice, glass noodles, and various pickled items that came with it. This was all you can eat so don't worry if the portions look small at first. The two steak options were incredible! I love the open flames that is different from our regular spot. Amazing flavors!! Great char on the meat. The salad dressing and other pickled sides were incredible together. We only tried one other meat which was the lemon pepper chicken. This was my favorite!! Don't miss this one. Everything was so good, and Iron Age was definitely worth a little extra drive. Good prices and outstanding service!! Get here!

It's very nicely decorated but I was taken aback when we walked up to the table and there were individual portions of sauces already sitting at each place setting. There was a small group salad , about a tablespoon worth of marinated daikon radish and the same amount of marinated cucumbers. The waiter said that we had to use a QR CODE menu. Huh?! Really? I asked for a regular menu. My companion started ordering , apparently having been here before, from the about 12 different meat choices. It was explained how the barbecue worked. Pick up to 3 different types of meat, cook and finish that and order more. I wasnt interested in that. So I started looking for other Korean food. There were none. There was two more banshan dishes, both of which were disgusting . The price was $32 each. I ate approximately $0.50 worth of meat, my 1st companion ate approximately the same as me. As she doesn't eat much meat ever. And the second person ate approximately $5 worth of meat. Had a $16 drink and we were charged $3 per soda. A total of $9 ( I had tea, she had a coke and a refill of coke!) they charged for a refill!! The total was $125 BEFORE TIP. Then they gave us exact amounts for the tips. 18%, 20%, and 25%!! I ended up paying $148.37!! I haven't been so angry about paying for a dinner in years!! I would gladly have paid that if the food was worth it. But it was disgustingly over marinated meat that was questionable at best! Never again!! THERE WAS LITERALLY NOTHING on the menu that is "Typically Korean" They should have offered other options for people who didn't want to eat the barbecue worked! Not even one thing! If I could give it a zero, I would!!
