The nice young man who is one of the three people who run the place was so concerned about my husband walking back and forth to retrieve items from the car that he did the lion's share of it himself. Additionally, he removed the plates for me as the insurance company asked. I was so impressed. I was a law enforcement officer a long time ago and know my way around a yard, and he went way beyond the call of duty.

This jerk demanded to take the title on the spot. This was midnight and my son was shaken up no visible injuries but still not sure if we were heading to ER. I explained we don't have the title with us we would call him tomorrow about what to do with our truck. He informed me he would drive the wrecked truck to my home and leave it on my driveway if he didn't get that title. No professionalism or compassion. Definitely recommend avoiding this business.
