I decided not to let them do the spark plugs and had my truck shipped to where I live because it still wasn't running properly and I didn't want to give them any more money. Greedy and dishonest. We shopped around to see if we could find a dealer who had the right tires in stock. Went to two national chain tire shops, and the car dealer. No one could get the tires for us sooner than Tuesday, so we went back to Bañuelos. They ordered the tires and told us to come first thing Monday morning. The tires were in as promised, and they were able to accommodate our tall RV in their garage. Service performed was great and on time. Price paid including installation was competitive with the other shops. Felt better giving my business to a local independent shop rather than a big chain. Then they try to tell me it will be $800. Pure trash. It's cheaper and easier to get a hotel and wait until a decent mechanic is available. Red is a POS. They picked up my vehicle after a terrible wreck on a Sunday morning. The nice young man who is one of the three people who run the place was so concerned about my husband walking back and forth to retrieve items from the car that he did the lion's share of it himself. Additionally, he removed the plates for me as the insurance company asked. I was so impressed. I was a law enforcement officer a long time ago and know my way around a yard, and he went way beyond the call of duty.
