The facility is nice and new, and I was the first to use my climate controlled unit. The manager at the location was very helpful in explaining the doors, locks, payments, etc. My complaint there is that they didn't tell me in advance that they have a truck available for your use on the day your storage starts. That would have been so helpful! The units are clean and the building overall is well kept. They have a variety of sizes and if you call at the right time, you may be able to get a special price (as I did). One thing you should double check when you sign up is the term - I believe they advertise as 30 days, but if you are renting in February (like me), you may not get all 30 days that you pay for. Just make sure to discuss this up front with them. I definitely recommend this location if you ever have storage needs in Southwest Allen.

I really wanted to write a review because holly was awesome the whole time with a very helpful attitude and very sincere and made me want to get my unit at that location but the process of having to write a review took about 20 minutes to figure it out for both google and yelp.
