First , there are multiple occasions where I ended up almost getting someone's clothes. This troubling because the clothing is sorted by phone number, so I have no clue how this could happen. Not sure if they will ever get their clothes back. Next, I dropped off 3 polos and the receipt said 22 dollars. When we went to pick it up we asked how much a polo costs to be dry cleaned and they would not give us an answer. Does it make sense that 3 shirts would be 7.33 each? Not really. They just came up with whatever price they wanted. I think it's extremely unprofessional and the lack of organization is troubling.

Upon pickup, I removed the plastic to discover not one, not two, but five large snags and pulls in the front of the gown, unraveling much of the knitting and floral print. The dress is destroyed. Not to mention the belt had a new stain as well with no explanation. My husband brought the garment back over to the shop and the owner shrugged his shoulders and was kinda like "oh, looks like they caught it. Oh well." They did not offer a refund, a reimbursement for the gown, not even an apology. Nothing. No remorse. As it turns out they send every garment to be dry cleaned at another factory in Queens with no oversight or quality control, and not much of a care for what happens to their customers' belongings. If you need something cleaned and pressed that you don't care about, by all means hand it over to Dynasty. But if you need someone to care for an investment piece, garment, or heirloom you care about -- stay far away. I will never bring another item of clothing to Dynasty Cleaners ever again.

I had two shirts ($2.50 each), a sweater ($4.00), a blazer (5.00), and tie ($3.00) dry cleaned. Everything came out okay. I was a little bit disappointed to find that my shirts were somewhat wrinkled and my tie wasn't completely cleaned (there was still stain when I got it). I wasn't asking for much. All I wanted was to have cleaned, unwrinkled articles of clothing. I didn't completely get what I wanted. The customer service was fine.

I went to pick up my bag 6 days after it was to be ready for pickup - as I had been away. They snapped it's not ready come later as soon as I came through the door, but I explained it should have been there days ago. Seems they have no system of checking on lateness or disappearance of bags they send out to the washing facility. They acted totally unconcerned. I will never trust or use them again.

This a long overdue review which, sadly, isn't a good one…read more TL:DR: Avoid. Many more trustworthy dry cleaners out there. I dropped off a dress to be cleaned. It was a knit dress that was fully lined with a matching silk slip that attached with small snap buttons at the straps. When I got home after picking it up, I noticed the slip was missing. I went back to inquire and they looked all over the store and could not find it. I was told they would make some calls, presumably to the facility where they send their clothes, or to the driver who picked it up, or whomever, to try to find the missing slip. Still nothing. For months afterwards, every time I called I would get the runaround and worse, gaslit by the woman who works there, and always with that lilt in her voice that signaled she was trying to avoid accountability. "Maybe it's in your house." "Maybe you lost it already." Enraging. In the end, I am left with an unwearable dress. There has been no offer to refund my cost for cleaning; no offer to refund the cost of the dress. Mistakes happen - and it sucks when they do, even though they shouldn't happen. But at least own up to it. Stop gaslighting customers. Have some integrity and trustworthiness.

I picked up the coat and brought it home to find the sleeves are too short (and I'm only 5'2" so that's saying a lot!). They definitely took off more than we agreed on. I now rarely wear the coat because the sleeves ride up well above my wrist when I move my arm, and it makes me feel like a tool. And they are pricey-- I spent $25 on a dress in a thrift store, but then it cost $50 to fix a zipper and hem an inch. They did a great job with that item though! 3 stars because I've gone here many times before and they've done some great things... But... RIP trench coat
