I had to call the store and the corporate Installation Support Team repeatedly to get updates, and I was lied to and given inaccurate information on several occasions. When the carpet was finally installed, the installers damaged several things in my home and left the house a mess. Excessive carpet fibers and dirty handprints were left all over the house, which took hours to clean up. Two razor blades were left on the floor - a huge safety hazard. Lowe's has been very difficult and frustrating to work with and doesn't seem at all interested in making things right. I had to call 5 different times before the property damage claim was actually filled. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
