Two weeks after that, I called back and they told me Matt had decided they couldn't figure out how to fix it, and wouldn't try. Later that night, I got a text from Matt saying "I'll be out Monday to look at your roof" - I said "great, thanks" - the next week, no visit, no response to my follow up texts. Such a super frustrating waste of my time, and the damage continued to occur over that 4-5 weeks I was waiting on them to decide what to do.
