Deceptive warranty practices--buyer beware!!!We purchased a full kitchen appliance suite here and…read morewere given a 5 year promotional warranty as an incentive. When our microwave broke and their technician declared it unrepairable they told us our warranty was only for our stove. After locating our records of the warranty for ALL appliances the store then refused to honor it because we hadn't "paid" for the warranty. After many calls and emails sent of our paperwork they finally agreed to replace the microwave. Over two weeks went by with no communication or response to my emails. They then tried to return to our home for a "necessary second look", to which I refused and informed them they could not enter home without a replacement. They only reversed their stance, apologized, and fast-tracked a replacement after I filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney. Their actual customer service when a product fails is unacceptable. Check your paperwork carefully if you buy here!!! KEEP YOUR OWN RECORDS!!

This store is GREAT. The people are helpful, friendly & knowledgable. The directions to assemble…read moreare very easy step-by-step. I have purchased many pieces from this store. Once I had a piece that was drilled to big & the screw just spun in the wood.. They immediately sent me a new piece. More recently, I put together a TV stand for a friend. I had some issues with the top not pulling down tight. I called to get new pins, which I thought were broke. The Lady on the other end explained to me how they work. I may or may not have done it correctly. She immediately sent me a whole new top, new pins & the back piece (which she explained I would have to remove to replace the top, so I'd need a new one) Also, a screw broke on a drawer handle & she included that too. This package arrived in 3 days. I agree with a friend of mine who calls this store "The WOW Store" I would definitely recommend this store to others (which I have)

The furniture style at Sauder Store & Outlet will appeal to you if you like a look that bridges…read morebetween country and modern. It's not hardwood furniture, but if you need the affordability of melamine, they can hook you up. The pieces are streamlined, but not "industrial." They have clean lines, similar to Ikea. See my photos. They are also meant to be assembled by the customer, just like Ikea furniture. For a fee, they'll assemble it for you. The furniture showroom was very attractive. Couches invite you to sit in front of one of their coffee tables. Try out the drawers to see how smoothly they glide. The prices are lower at the outlet than elsewhere. This furniture is also available through Meijer, K-mart, Sears, Officemax, Office Depot, etc. however I assume that the variety of available models and colors is greater at the source. For a list of local retailers, see: http://www.sauder.com/CustomerService/Find-Retailer.aspx I only got a little time to stop in and look. I was with a group for the quilt show, and we only stopped long enough to see if there were any quilt racks. Didn't see any, so we hit the road. I wouldn't mind going back to browse.
