It is hard enough to lose a loved one, but to be subjected to rudeness, unprofessional behavior, and questionable ethics in a time of grief is unbearable. The owner, Mark yelled at us for his own mistake, upon our first meeting. Even if it had been our family's error, which his assistant admitted it was not, there was no excuse in the way he handled himself. His inappropriate behavior continued and even escalated after the funeral. After I posted an honest review on google, he took to trying to publicly shame me and my family through social media. I would wish this experience on no one. I will never recommend this funeral home.

I appreciate that Emerson also did not charge too much for services. My mother was unprepared financially, which left my brother and me to pay for everything ourselves, so their cost effectiveness was a huge relief. Additionally, my brother and I both live out-of-state and needed to get things done quickly (cremation, fingerprint jewelry, printed materials for the funeral service) and their turnaround time was fantastic. I'm so grateful for how they worked with the hospital to make sure the death certificates were produced in a timely manner, too. Thank you!

We were from out of town, but came here because it was Mary's hometown and she would be buried here. Mary had severe mental issues, so she didn't have a lot of close friends. I am her cousin, and have been her guardian for 3 years, but her amazing caregivers were the people who really knew her well. So basically we were giving a funeral for a lot of people that I didn't know. They let me come in and handle things the way I chose to - more informally, because Mary was anything but formal, and they were respectful and loving and kind with every aspect. Many people from our family have had funerals at Roller and even though my memories of being there are sad, they handled everything with dignity, grace and respect for the family! Thank you, Roller, for making a difficult time as smooth and easy as possible. You are greatly appreciated!

Kim was brisk, hateful, and did not seem to care at all in this very trying time for me and my family. I should have checked these reviews before I ever contacted them because they sound like truly horrible people! Don't use these people unless you want to be treated like dirt.
