Now it's always dirty, the dollies are weirdly rolling or missing, I know rain water got in during the spring storms because I now have mold and mildew in my unit that didn't previously have it and no new items that could have brought it in have been put into my unit. I inquired with the attendant who gave me a pamphlet about the insurance and said the manager would contact me. Never happened. Idk how much of my property is ruined at this point as I haven't been able to go through everything. I'm really disappointed in them.
