We had an unusual situation arise about halfway through a project that changed the scope of the work needing to be done but also changed the original economics of the decision to make repair. When given the option of "sticking it to me" or hurting himself, Adam chose to hurt himself. What this tells me is that this is a business that is true to their word, thinks long-term and sees issues from all perspectives. This is rare in today's world. If/when I have a need for their services in the future, I won't hesitate to hire them. You should feel the same way.

Thought my wife's car was looking at possibly replacing the master cylinder for her brakes. The guys found the problem was that the brake line just needed to be bled. As soon as they found the problem they let us know, so communication was spot on. Instead of paying several hundred to a thousand dollars for an unnecessary replacement they only charged the labor for the bleed, saving us some serious cash and making us lifetime customers. The shop is clean and inviting and the guys make you comfortable about the exam and diagnosis from start to finish. By far the best auto shop that I have ever worked with. We were trying to deal with our roadside assistance( absolutely no help at all) when I called This business and The owner Rick answered and not only got us a tow he also helped my family get a ride to his business. He replaced our tire within 20 minutes and had us on the road. Our insurance company had us waiting 2 hours on a dangerous highway with trying to get us just a tow mind you and told us basically to figure out taxi service. There aren't too many good guys out there anymore and I believe by the grace of god he sent us Rick. (Read the fine print that most people don't) they jack the price up on vehicles that have issues so that when you find the issues they can lower the price for you or offer to make the repairs to make you feel like you are getting a "deal" I ended up paying more because I needed a vehicle now and couldn't afford to wait for a good deal to come around... don't put yourself in my shoes, have patience. Don't be fooled, these guys are out to make money and don't give a crap about you. They are not your friends and will gladly let you buy that truck with a bad transmission and not say a word about it. Don't be fooled! Do your inspections! The cars on the lot are there for a reason! Make sure you find that reason before buying.
