They lied to me they had to buy paint extra, they did not paint the whole car as we agreed initially, left many dings in the body. To make the long story short these people do not have any pride in the work they perform. If you think that you are getting cheapest price think again - you will end paying more at the end. I've asked them nicely to finish what they've promised and got hang up on the phone. Liars and thieves!

My car looks brand new! I have had Steve and his son Stephen work on my cars twice and both times…read morehave been amazing. Steve handles insurance companies so you have no stress of your own and he is extremely nice and personable. Steve's customer service feels like something nostalgic that doesn't exist anymore except for in his shop. He had a rental ready for me at the shop when I went to drop off my car making the process quick and seamless. The rental place he uses does not charge the customer and only charges the insurance taking some stress off the customer when insurance companies often charge after 2 weeks of having a rental. Steve stays in communication with your insurance company so you don't have to. I had $10,000 worth of damage to my car and he made it look brand new. I truly love Steve he is such a nice guy and doesn't stop until everything is absolutely perfect! He also offered to drive my car an hour and a half to get it to me since I live far away. I truly don't know anyone else like him or anyone who runs business in such a kind and thoughtful way. The first time I took my car to Steve's son Stephen it was after I had already taken my car to somewhere else and they didn't fix it. A tree had fallen on my car during a tornado and I had taken it where the insurance company wanted me to, months later my car still had a leak and the first place couldn't fix it, so then I took it to Stephen who spent a long time hosing my car down to see exactly where the leak was coming from and fixed it right away. He was able to tack it onto my first claim since it was an unresolved issue. Not many places are this helpful or kind. I cannot recommend them enough!

Unfortunately on a Sunday I parked my car at the end and on Monday morning noticed my car was sideswiped in the middle of the night. No cameras and no note. My car would've been drivable if they did not blow a tire. After 2 weeks of my insurance sending appraisers and "accident reconstructionists" they finally believed it was not my fault and allowed me to change my tire to my spare and drive it to Marion St. I luckily have coverage for a rental, but they put my reservation on hour away from where I request. Once I brought my car to Marion St I had instant relief. Dave took care of changing the reservation to a location I could walk to and pick up a rental. I never had to talk to insurance again. He graciously gave me updates, suggestions, full solutions, and peace of mind after each step. In the end my sleepless nights turned into the occasional toss and turn, I didn't end up having to pay a dime, and my car came out looking better than it did before the hit and run accident.
