It started with Steve Hoffman, our salesman at Floor Meister, who greeted us as if we were family. Steve gave us a great price and kept us constantly updated as we scheduled the work. He was professional, friendly, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The two craftsmen who were sent to install the flooring, Eneo and Numdo, were outstanding. Their workmanship was exceptional, and the installation was absolutely flawless. Both men worked tirelessly, taking only a half-hour lunch break. They were clearly on a mission to get the job done--and they did an incredible job! They even removed all the empty boxes and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really stood out. Steve, Eneo, and Numdo all made us feel like we were more than just customers. They treated us like family, and that level of service is hard to find these days. We couldn't be happier with our new floors or with the entire Floor Meister experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional service!

After visiting numerous flooring stores looking for a product that closely matched the flooring already installed in my home, I finally found it by special order at Home Depot. I also got an estimate to have the flooring installed. With that info, I checked reviews on Home Depot Flooring Installations. I read page after page of horror stories. Again, he showed up when he said he would, the price was as discussed and he did excellent work. Call Dave Stark, you won't be disappointed.
