My dog LOVES k-9! I take him to daycare here and he SPRINTS in the door. The staff loves and cares for him like their own. He has done training with Faith who is super helpful to a first time dog owner like myself- she has SO much knowledge on training. I highly recommend both their daycare and boarding. At other places in town, Cody has gotten some serious illnesses from over-crowding and no regulation of the pets entering. k-9 keeps track of vaccinations, etc to ensure a healthy environment. The staff here is so friendly and attentive. My pup loves his days at K-9 Country Club. When we get close to it he gets excited. I could probably just open the door for him and he'd run and check himself in if he could. I always feel safe leaving him for the day and when I pick him up, I can tell he had a good time because he's so tired from a day full of play. They also offer grooming services, which comes in handy. Whether it's just a nail trim or full-blown grooming session, I've never been disappointed. Rates are reasonable and really, I can't put a price on my peace of mind that he is being taken care of while I'm at work. read more

This is now the second time my dog has been neglected in their care. First time the trainer said she was too distracted to stop my dog from chewing the water bucket . She lost half of her canine tooth and 800 in vet bills. NOW the second time she was there for 1 hour and I received a call my dog was injured they are not remorseful nor do they care. Her eye was ripped from another dog in another runner? If they saw this happening them supposedly "fighting" and nobody stopped it or watched until my dog was hurt. They stand by the fact they aren't reliable for any damages the contract makes it very clear. But I'm wondering whose actually watching the dogs? I send her here to have fun and to be safe but the complete opposite has happened. Nobody has called to check on her matter of fact Faith told me to let them know what happens. The first time she was injured they offered me 10 days free daycare and offered to "train" her for her "behavioral issues" so not only are they negligent they tried to blame a dog for being a puppy and being in their care and they knew what happened was wrong. I will never recommend another person to ever come here very upset with how they handle business. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to I was pleasantly surprised to find K9 Country Club as a solution to all my dog needs in one location. Unfortunately, my experience is that the management cares far more about their financial needs then they do about offer quality customer service. I am immensely disappointed with their management (not their friendly staff). I will now have to contact those I referred to them and tell them how immensely disappointed I am that they would not process half of my massive purchase as return, not even for store credit or services. Now I get to discard? products that did not fit my dogs... There is no return policy on the receipt or elsewhere that would have alerted me to take my business elsewhere. Our dog loves going here for daycare. He gets so excited in the morning when we head to daycare and the staff is so friendly. They greet him immediately, you can tell they take good care of him. He is always tired and happy when he comes home so you know he had a full day playing with his doggy friends. We feel very safe leaving our dog Riker at K-9 country club and highly recommend them for doggy daycare. read more

Well not a good experience. Granted it was our dogs first time there but upon picking him up we were told he "snapped" at the guy that was working. The girl was on the phone and the guy told us to go back and get him because he didn't want the dog to snap at him again. When we got home he guzzled tons of water like he hadn't had any for last 24 hours. Plus he was a nervous wreck. And had a cut on the bottom of his paw, probably from trying to get out of the kennel. For the amount of money paid (a pretty hefty amount) we thought we would be getting high end service. If our dog was freaking out and had snapped at someone we would have expected a call to ask us to come get him. Our dog has never done that before (I know you hear that all the time). I would not recommend placing an animal in the care of this facility. Not good from many points. read more

My beagle is extremely hyper and the employees made sure that he got plenty of exercise and play time as well as keeping him fed. The employees truly love animals and take very good care of them. read more

I've had great experiences at K9 Country Club. My dog was always happy and well taken care of after I picked him up from being boarded for several days. The staff has always been friendly and professional and always remember his name. I've also had my dog's nails trimmed there on several occasions and they were very patient with my dog (he hates having his feet touched) and did a good job, as well as being very reasonably priced. I don't understand the bad reviews, my dog and I are happy with their services and the quality of their work. I would recommend them to friends/family. Hope this helps. read more

This place is horrible! Yeah it is cheap but you get what you paid for. We've taken our dog 3 times and I vow never again. Last time he came back with the kennel cough (thank goodness 15 days prior he had his booster shots, it could of been worse). They never updated his records or ask to see his updated booster. Another time we asked for a bath before pick up..not done. They NEVER answer the phone or hang up on you when you call. HORRIBLE, I WOULD NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. read more

To start, I sent over my dog's new vet records three times before they acknowledged that they in fact had received them (they called me twice asking for them when they in fact had them all along). I picked our dog up after boarding for two nights, was charged for and paid for nails and a bath. Received a call the next day that they had actually "forgot" to do both. Lastly, I came home from work the day after picking our dog up to our carpets covered in bloody diarrhea... with large pieces of a toy rope in the feces. She does not have a toy rope at home, it only could have come from their facility. It was disgusting and are carpets will need replaced, no amount of cleaning has removed the mess. I'm giving them two stars as the staff was friendly and refunded our payment as soon as my husband called to complain. I would, however, recommend going elsewhere. read more

We adopted our first dog nine years ago, and a friend recommended doggie daycare at K9 Country Club to help us address his high energy levels. We started taking him a couple of times a week, and when we adopted a second dog, she went as well. Both dogs loved doggie daycare and they were always happy when we left them there to board as well. More importantly, they were just as happy and healthy when we picked them up. The staff is friendly and obviously loves dogs, and the facility is always clean. We've never had any concerns about leaving our dogs here, and could travel or plan outings without our dogs with no concerns about who would look after them while we were gone. Now we've moved out of state, and we're just hoping to find a new facility that's as great at this one! read more

Love k9 country club! The staff always recognize Bobby and make you feel like your dog is in good hands.

Short version is it'll work in a pinch, but would stick with my other choice as my "go to". Facility seemed ok nothing great, but let's face it it a place for pets so my expectations in general for any place isn't high since I'm not a celebrity paying big bucks. But the place seemed ok. My biggest issue was with the staff. None of them seemed overly nice or enthusiastic to be there. In addition their attire made me feel as though our dog wasn't being cared for properly. It may be unfair to make this assumption on their appearance, but as the saying goes "don't hire someone with a dirty car". Again, it was ok for a last effort before a weekend long kenneling situation, but definitely not going to be my first choice until they clean things up and act more professional. read more

I asked them to cut my dog's nails while boarding him there. They said nothing when I picked him up. I noticed his front nails were not cut, but definitely charged me for it. When I called they claimed they cut the back nails and stopped when he tried to bite them while cutting his front nails. I took him to the vet because he was chewing on his paw and obviously in pain. They damaged his nail so badly he had to be put on pain medication. They took no responsibility. read more

My dogs LOVE K-9! They would live there if I let them. I have been taking my dogs there for day care, grooming, and boarding for more than 5 years. The management and employees are great - you can tell that they really love and understand the dogs. Have my dogs had incidents there? Yes, but I have always been called promptly and they have been treated well. My dogs are like children in that they will get into trouble at times and will injure themselves, but I do know that they are well supervised, well treated and well care for at K-9. I have the upmost trust in K-9! read more
