I called today to book a puppy bath for the Sheltie with skin issues and was told the price would not be the $31.91 that I had been paying for years but would be now $50.00. Of course with no warning, and no prior communication of this price change, I was shocked. The owner was unyielding and did not care at all about my feeling and hung up the phone on me. I find this type of behavior to be objectionable especially toward a long term client. I cannot recommend this business to others.

We have an awkwardly nervous, and crazy rescue dog, that I'm POSITIVE somehow has doggy PTSD. He…read morealso has some sort of ADHD, which makes it impossible to get him to pay attention, or get his focus on one specific thing like dinner or late night potty trips. He also has a hard time with strangers, so we were resigned to think we would never get away from the house due to his issues. Once we were forced to look into dog-sitting for an event we were required to attend, we realized finding someone to look after him was imperative. After emailing back and forth with Crissy, we set up a time for them to meet at our house, to see how they got along. Carson was his typical shakey, barking self, but Crissy's easygoing nature made his nerves settle down and he eventually took to her quite enthusiastically. Crissy has dog-sat for us on multiple occasions, on day trips and weekend overnights, and every time we returned, we came back to a happy dog, and a safe house. I feel confident leaving our lil guy in her capable hands, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend her to anyone with pets, and especially people with pets who have special needs, are old or injured, or have issues that put them out of the possibility of putting their lil friend in a kennel. Prices are reasonable, with prices by the hour, or by event, such as a one hour visit being $28, or an overnight with a mid day walk being $68. Absolutely worth it, Crissy is talented and wonderful, and will remain with our family for as long as possible.
