Because of location, there was a constant flow of customers. We shared the Weisswurst (white sausage) on a bun. It was fantastic. He squirts some mustard in the bun then pushes the sausage in. The mustard was all down at the bottom, so I asked for a side of mustard (to have with the first half of the hot dog) Then too much mustard at bottom. I would have ordered no mustard in dog, "just on the side, bitte", in retrospect. We came here after visiting the Theater museum (eh) and the Gemäldegalerie (has a Ruben and the Last Judgement Triptych by Hieronymus Bosch)

Yeah, the sausages here are really solid. Don't get that sandwich version with it in the bread because the bread will just fill you up. The sausage alone is pretty filling so I recommend getting just the sausage with all those sides-check out my pic. When I was ordering I was saying "yes" to everything they offered and they said, "Everything!" and laughed. Then they asked me if I wanted a beer and I hesitated and they then said, "You want a beer!" and gave me a beer! Haha! I thought that was pretty awesome. I honestly wanted to order another sausage right after finishing mine but I knew if I had another one, it'd kill my appetite for dinner so chose not to.

Maybe not this exact wurst stand, but they are respecting the tradition of this location by serving some of the best wurst in Vienna. Truthfully it was the best I had, including quite a few sit down locations, so I can highly recommend this unassuming sausage stand. Kasekrainer - cheese sausage, was outstanding and I came back to get a 2nd one a couple of days later. The cheese was nice and melted without oozing all over the place. Their website says something about using a truffle cheese from Kaseland at the Naschmarkt, but I didn't really pick up a truffle flavor, perhaps that's a different specialty sausage. However whatever cheese they used was very tasty. Burenwurst - I found this sausage a little smokey and full of flavor. My wife preferred this one, and I preferred the cheese sausage. Can't go wrong either way. Sausages are cut in pieces and served with bread on the side, which is great for sharing and if you are going to be snacking around the Naschmarkt. I never really figured out what the shredded topping was. It was a little crunchy, didn't have that much flavor to it. Maybe shredded radish, but it provided more of a texture than flavor with the sausage. Anyway this little sausage stand makes a nice 1 2 stop along with Urbanek just around the corner to get your Naschmarket food tour going. Don't miss out, and make sure you stop by for one of the best Kasekrainer in town.

Both were absolutely delicious and ingenious combinations of fake cheese, bbq sauce, and other flavors you might not think worked together, but did. We also ordered Belgian fries and vegan nuggets, the fries were better than the nuggets in our opinion. Atmosphere*** Nothing too fancy but definitely higher class than what you might think of for fast food. We liked that food was all prepped by the cooks in the front and looked fresh. There are magazines there to sit and read and a book shelf with some books to relax with as well. Service **** Menus in English and German and helpful staff. Price $

Voodies is a play on the English word 'Foodies' and is pronounced almost the same. Well with that name you better get good food here and you do. I def liked their pulled smoked jackfruit sandwich. And it was really filling. Now let's get to the Dutch potato fries... they are the best fries I have eaten in Vienna. I ordered them with a satay dipping sauce - totally tasty!! A juice of orange and turmeric rounded out the meal. You can eat in or take out. Prices aren't cheap like a McDonalds fast food meal but everything tastes so much better here. Try it out and become a Voodie in Vienna!

We had both dinner and dessert as well as coffee. The schnitzel was impeccable--well seasoned, moist meat, and not oily nothing like the subpar versions I have had at home. Our youngest had a bread dumpling with mushrooms--this was rich but delicious as well. For dessert, we had the Landtmann original and apple strudel. Both cake slices were moist and flavorful.... hands down both desserts were the best we sampled while in Austria (and narrowly edged out Demel for us). The decaf coffee was fantastic as well.... although we were so impressed by the food we were equally grateful for the exemplary service--prompt and friendly. Will dream about visiting this cafe again! I'm surprised at the mediocre reviews.... this was one of our favorite spots in Vienna!
