So, we decided to get our truck and air conditioner checked out at this shop. We didn't have an appointment and they were really busy that day, but they still made time for us and checked our truck. They checked everything and it turned out that all we needed was a new radiator cap because it had a small crack. The owner and all his employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. They were also very reasonably priced. If we are ever in Oklahoma and need to get our truck checked out again, we would definitely go back to their shop! We highly recommend them!

A week after I had purchased the vehicle I followed up about the floor liners and the salesman acted as if they didn't agree to do this. I was flabbergasted, as it was literally the final element of the negotiation that resulted in an handshake, the salesman verifying the "ship to" address and getting the deal done. Shame on me for not verifying the liners were written into the paperwork but buyer beware the folks at Dunn Country will look you in the eye, shake your hand, promise something and then totally disregard it after you have cut them check.

Spent less than an hour at the dealer when we arrived to do paperwork and that included us swapping over a lot of items to the new vehicle. I've already paid for the services because it's used to be a good place to get your vehicles worked on. I went to pick it up yesterday and the technician stepped out of it and said it's ready I got in it and pushed the gas pedal and it's non-responsive still sputtering and it died right there in front of the technician and the manager. this morning there's a different manager who doesn't know her rear end from a hole in the ground telling me that it might get pulled back in there and looked at later on this afternoon. do not use this place for vehicle electronics nobody knows what the heck they're doing down there and it is unprofessional. they wonder why people go off on them? they don't know a ranch from a freaking hole in their head.. I will not bring my vehicle back to the same place that I've used for years. they will not get any more of my business
