After waiting 3 hours for them to arrive, they sent a truck that did not have an air hose nor a heavy duty Jack to raise my trailer up (that they knew prior was loaded) to replace the shredded tire with a spare. Totally useless, a waste of my time and theirs and I definitely do not recommend them.

They dug the Beetle out of the mud and brought it into town and I was very fortunate there was no damage beyond the blown tire that knocked it off the road in the first place, which also tells me they took care to do their job right.
