Tyler came out, asked if I was okay. I enlisted his assistance, and he not only called all the local shops locally , but also found one would work on my vehicle. He not only towed my car to the shop, but also had my trailer towed to his yard, where they secured it until I could pick it up the next day. He also suggested a hotel for me to stay at, and recommended places to eat as well. The next day, I had a friend pick up my trailer and myself. I googled and found Bales auto and called, mainly hoping to find a place to leave the car as we drive to pick them up. The owner Bud Baled answered and drove to the gas station they had stopped at which was just 2 minutes away. Even though he was supposed to close at 6, he had them drive to shop, diagnosed the issue ( failed water pump ) searched for part and agreed to drive to neighboring town, get part, install it and have them on their way. Wow. True to his word he had them back on their way road by 8:30pm and they arrived at 12:30am. He even followed up with a text to make sure. That is unheard of these days. The luck of breaking down right there before getting on the turnpike (which has little help or cell signal) is a God thing. Super appreciated and took some stress off of us.
