First store in the list did not carry my tire size - for a Mazda Miata - and told me about Main Street (or possibly the super store 20 miles back the way I had come), which happened to be the next store on the list. Main Street normally carries my size but did not have one in stock. HOWEVER, the store owner said he would be glad to call around and try to find one for me and would call me back. I immediately said yes. He called in a few minutes and said he found one and could have it to the store and on my car within 2 hours. That worked for me. And true to his word I was back on the road two hours later. Came to find out he called his wife to go to another town and pick up the tire, actually two because we agreed after looking at the other three that one had cracking along the edge, another blowout in the making. He also tightened up my parking brake at no additional charge. Thank you, Main Street!

Driving motorhome from California to Maine, blew two tires in Oklahoma .... had only one spare. AAA…read morecouldn't help even though we have RV coverage.... motorhome is too big for the local tow trucks. The tow driver recommended interstate diesel as the people who could help us. They were right!! In no time, a kind gentleman showed up in his truck with two new tires. His name is Brad Osborne. Let me say this, I manage auto repair shops.... have for 40 + years. I'm no Spring chicken, and neither is Brad. I've been a mechanic and been in charge of mechanics a looonnnggg time. I'd hire Brad in 2 seconds. Watching him work was just fascinating.... like poetry in motion! A true professional! He didn't have to be nice.... but he was, as were the ladies on the phone. They could have charged me any price they wanted. They didn't.... their prices were MORE than fair! And Brad was just as kind and charming, polite and professional as I could have asked for. When I first started getting my oil changes I would schedule an appointment for after work and sit there and wait. I love how they now have pick up and delivery within a certain mile radius, I work in town and they come and pick up the bronco, service it and bring it back without any problems! I wouldn't have known this if Davon hadn't suggested it to me to save time. Thank you LUV Ford for looking out for your customers and caring about the community!

My truck was making a terrible noise and was getting worse…read more I took it into a transmission shop that told me the transmission needed re-built and the cost was $3,800. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I highly recommend this guy.

He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.
