Driving motorhome from California to Maine, blew two tires in Oklahoma .... had only one spare. AAA couldn't help even though we have RV coverage.... motorhome is too big for the local tow trucks. The tow driver recommended interstate diesel as the people who could help us. They were right!! In no time, a kind gentleman showed up in his truck with two new tires. His name is Brad Osborne. Let me say this, I manage auto repair shops.... have for 40 + years. I'm no Spring chicken, and neither is Brad. I've been a mechanic and been in charge of mechanics a looonnnggg time. I'd hire Brad in 2 seconds. Watching him work was just fascinating.... like poetry in motion! A true professional! He didn't have to be nice.... but he was, as were the ladies on the phone. They could have charged me any price they wanted. They didn't.... their prices were MORE than fair! And Brad was just as kind and charming, polite and professional as I could have asked for.
